Thanks very much for sending me a copy of
the Herbert Bayard Swope, Jr. letter on the
foreign policy.
I wonder if he still acts as a brain trust for
Mr. Baruch, He was in to see me the other
day with the Civil Rights Committee and I had
a very pleasant conversation with him.
