trip of FDR to Warm Springs. Among the communications directed
to FDR are ones from: Averill Harriman, Admiral Leahy, Churchill,

from the Map Room at 120221Z, as White House #229.
Part 2 suggested quoting message to
Stalin to the Prime Minister in answer to his #940. This
was done in President-Prime #741, released at 120159Z.
Part 3 was informatory and needs draft
reply from State before any further action here.
