Total Production Required: Based on Bureau of Ships interpreta- tion of current Navy Department or National or United Nations plans whether formally promulgated or not. 4. In Production Schedule: Covered by definite commitments. 5. Authorized but Not Ordered: Ships fully authorized, appropriated for, and cleared by President (SecNav) (CNO) but not con- tracted for.
