Therefore, if the wheat producing nations can reduce pro rata to that extent, it will help very much to solve the worl a price of wheat -- raise the world price of wheat as well as raising our own price of wheat and, of course, obviously if we can raise the world wheat price to a proper level, th e need for continuing with an acreage reducing plan in this country would not be as great.
