My dear Mr. President:
Last year in September we wrote and asked you
if we could not dedicate the El Paso High School annual
to you. Now the book is out and I am sending you a copy.
We dedicated the theme Pan - Americanism to you
with our hearts and souls, in hopes that we could in
some way show how thankful we are that we live in a free
country and have such a grand man as you for our leader.
I hope you will find some spare moment in
which to look through THE SPUR.
