MEMORANDUM FOR THE PHOTO OFFICE
FROM:
JUSTINE D'ANDREA
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
SUBJECT:
PHOTO OF ADA SIGNING CEREMONY
Assistant Secretary of Administration Adis Vila at the Department
of Agriculture has requested a photo of the ADA Signing Ceremony.
Assistant Secretary Vila is meeting with a group of disabled
individuals on August 1. She would like to obtain a picture of
the ADA Signing Ceremony to display at the meeting.
I know this is very short order, but I would be grateful if you
could accommodate this request. I will be more than happy to
forward the photo to Assistant Secretary Vila. If you do not
think it is possible to receive the photo within this short time,
please call me as soon as possible at x2800.
Thanks in advance for your help.

OFFICE OF CABINET AFFAIRS
SUBJECT:
ADA South Lawn Event
Per our discussion at yesterday's meeting, here is a breakdown of
the invitations that Cabinet Affairs will extend for the ADA
event. We will invite the Secretary or Agency Director for VIP
seating, and offer 20 or 5 additional event tickets. Some of
these additional invitees will probably warrant a spot in a VIP
area, and we will solicit security name-check information for
individuals in that category. We will also handle ticket
distribution for the Agencies and Departments. Please let me
know if we can help further. Thanks.
