Families, Human Resource Development, and Economic Performance
By Ray Marshall
The basic message of The State of Families, 3, is that the strength of
families and the strength of the economy are inextricably linked. Ray Marshall
describes the major changes that have occurred in American family life,
particularly since the 1960s: Families have become much less stable than they
once were and many more children than previously are growing up in poor,
mother-headed families. He argues that many families no longer provide good
environments for children's learning and development, and this will negatively
affect the quality of the American work force in the next several decades.
Chapter 2 underlines the point that human resource development is essential
to American economic success. Workers must increasingly be prepared to function
in jobs that demand attention to quality, productivity, and flexibility.
Chapter 3 describes the changes that have occurred in family structure
in America over the past several decades, namely that families are smaller
and fewer people live in family households; families are more dynamic and
heterogeneous in composition; and a growing number of children are being born
to unwed mothers and are more likely to be raised in poverty.
The fourth chapter analyzes the growing economic inequalities between
wealthy and poor families. It also notes that wages of working women helped
shore up family incomes during the 1970s and 1980s, as real wages of men
declined.
Chapter 5 compares American families with those in other industrialized
countries. The major findings are that Americans have a higher divorce rate, a
higher rate of births to unmarried women, a larger percentage of single-parent
households, and a higher percentage of children living in poverty than do our
counterparts in Europe and Japan.
In Chapter 6, Marshall examines an array of family-policy issues, ranging
from corporate supports for family life to welfare reform. He discusses the
effects of increased maternal employment, divorce, and family instability on
children's lives. Several areas are highlighted as national, social and
economic priorities: child care, early childhood education, and school reform.
Marshall argues that traditional public schools must be transformed if
children, particularly minority children, are to acquire the education they
need to function in a rapidly changing world.
The last chapter summarizes the changes in family structure and family
relationships that Americans have experienced in recent decades. These changes,
Marshall notes, have created serious financial, moral, and intellectual hazards
for American families. He advocates several policies to strengthen families,
focusing on the needs of poor children, single-parent families, and working
parents. Marshall also argues that family policies should be integrated with
local, state, and federal government social and economic initiatives. He
concludes with several recommendations about ways to improve the U.S.
education and employment-training systems.

Dear Jim:
As you may recall, I gave you a few suggestions for George Bush's campaign four
years ago and I cannot resist doing the same again now. I think I have been pretty
consistent, at least, in my ideas. For your information, I am enclosing a copy of that letter.
As you can imagine, I thoroughly approve of the recent emphasis on economic growth.
I have two ideas for the campaign. The first relates to the budget and taxes. I
certainly agree with Bush's growing "no tax increase" stance. As expected, he is getting hit
with the same old arguments that we must accept the reality that we need tax increases.
The Heritage Foundation offered an interesting solution back before the budget deal and
tax increase in 1990. I think you could use the idea now. Bush should ask Congress to
make a binding agreement with him to restrain total spending growth over say the next five
years to the rate of inflation, say 4.0%. Logically interest on the debt and the S&L costs
would not count in the agreement. He should refuse, before the agreement is made, to say
what spending proposals he would recommend. By talking only about the concept, the
special interest groups would worry, but what could they do. They would have no specific
cuts to oppose. Congress would be upset, certainly the Democrats, but the public, i.e. the
voters, would likely think the concept was great. As the President could say, nothing would
have to be cut because spending would still be able to rise. But certainly the voters would
agree with the general concept that growth in some areas could be below 4%, some things
actually reduced and a few even eliminated. These would all allow other more worthwhile
programs to rise more than 4%. It seems clear that the fear of outright cuts is what
beneficiaries of programs really worry about and this fear makes it very difficult to campaign
on spending reductions. Once the President makes this proposal, he could stress it and
thereby avoid any further talk about budget cuts.
President Bush could then say that after the agreement, choices would have to be
made, as they should be, and by the political process, Congress and the President
negotiating. It is hard for me to see why this would not be very popular with voters, almost
all of whom think government spends too much even though most are concerned with talk
about specific actual cuts which would affect them. Bush could then point out how a strong

economy usually produces 7% or so more tax revenues each year without any tax increase.
It is surprising how quickly the deficit declines if revenues go up 3% faster than spending.
This would be a very concrete plan the President could offer to deal with the deficit which
Clinton does not have. Once this plan gets underway, he could say, he and Congress could
focus on ways to increase economic growth which would reduce the deficit even faster. It
seems to me this concept allows Bush to focus on the positive of growth, not the negative
of spending cuts.
My second suggestion, actually it is a plea, is that Bush let up a bit on the "family
values" theme because it has gotten so distorted by some supporters on the extreme right.
It sounds as if the Republicans are against working mothers. Can't he go back to what I
recall as the original issue? It was that many of our well-intentioned social programs put
financial incentives into place for husbands to leave home and break up families. Welfare
has also discouraged work and needs to be reformed. Education reform relates also but
not as directly. I get the feeling that the Democrats have been changing on these issues and
are gaining politically while the Republicans are losing ground because Marilyn Quayle and
others are making it sound as if the most important issue is the decision to forego careers
in order to stay home with children.
I feel equally strongly that the abortion issue is a terrible one, but I assume you can't
do anything about it. I don't know why Bush can't take the position that he is against
abortion personally, but the law of the land is that it is legal. Reagan, who seemed
genuinely much more opposed to abortion than Bush does, never got caught up in the issue
or really tried to change laws.
In summary, Bush seems to believe he has to cater to the Republican right on social
issues when he really should be using growth economics to satisfy conservatives.
It was good to see you last June. I think everyone felt it was a great reunion, rain
on Friday notwithstanding. Good luck in the campaign.

P.S. Shouldn't the fairness issue be answered with data such as the enclosed? There is
a lot of data of this kind, but Republicans never seem to quote it. The voters will not be
concerned about high income people making more if they know how much taxes they are
paying and how their share of tax payments has risen under Reagan-Bush economics.

Dear Jim:
I am sure that I am not alone in my distress about George Bush's
campaign to date. The difference between me and others is first that I
know you; and, second I am presumptuous enough to be convinced that I have
constructive suggestions to make. I hope that you have time for a quick
read and consideration of my ideas. You will noe that I have left a large
number of blanks where certain statistics should be. I have not taken the
time to research them, but feel sure they are favorable to the points I am
making.
Before I begin I want to assure you that I am no right wing
idealòque. I have voted for many Democrats in the past, including Hubert
Humphrey, for President. 1 consider myself a liberal on most social
issues, although becoming more and more skeptical of Federal Government's
ability to solve most problems with large spending. I was attracted to
Ronald Reagan after he won the nomination in 1980, definitely not before,
and was strongly against him in 1976.
As I think you know, however, I have become a very strong believer
in the economic policies that you and the others have forged over the last
seven years. I was in favor of them at the beginning because they seemed
sensible and now because I believe they clearly have worked. I think
Reagan's economic policies have been much more like those of John Kennedy
than those of Richard Nixon. Much as I hated all of Nixon's Watergate
problems, I thought his economic moves were almost as bad for the country.
I am further convinced that even though many, or even most,
mainsteam Republican economists and businessmen were against
Reaganomics in the early 1980's, the voters agreed with it. If there had
not been this support by the voters, including. of course, many registered
Democrats, tax cuts and later tax reform would, of course, never have
passed. Bill Bradley's support is additional evidence of this broad
support among voters of these directions.

I am sure you are in agreement with what I am saying, so what is
my point? It is that George Bush doesn't seem to understand this. He may
still be skeptical of the great benefits we have been seeing, and will
continue to see in my opinion, or he may underestimate their popularity
with voters. If Reagan had listened to so-called mainstream Republicans,
he would never have campaigned on these policies. If the Democrats are
right that Reagan won primarily because of his personality, why has Mrs.
Thacher also been surprising the experts with her popularity? She does not
have Reagan's personality, but she has most of the same policies. I should
add, she has also done wonders for a previously sick economy.
I think George Bush is letting the press and the Democrats put him
on the defensive when he should be the aggressively positive candidate. If
he is, he will put Dukakis in a tough spot because he won't dare, for good
reasons, campaign against these successful policies. Let me give you a few
examples:
1. Taxes
The Reagan-Bush administration successfully first cut
virtually everyones taxes and then greatly reduced marginal rates. Why
shouldn't Bush pound away on this issue? He should not only pledge not to
raise income taxes (or probably any taxes), but also explain why he
believes raising taxes would be bad for the country; emphasize how economic
growth since the tax cuts became fully effective in 1983 has constantly
surprised those economists who were against them. And the decline in
inflation also surprised those who thought the tax cuts were bad economics
or, at best, poorly timed. He should emphasize that he eliminated income
taxes for
millions of low income families and 80% (I think the
approximate amount) of all taxpayers are now in a maximum 15% tax bracket.
He could also say that (As R.R. might phrase it) "Yes, some upper middle
and high income tax payers got a tax increase in 1987 due to the loss of
deductions. but they will all get the future benefit of a lower marginal
rate. It is this lower marginal rate for all tax payers which has greatly
increased the incentives to work and the result is record employment and
the lowest unemployment in years."

Jim, this has to be a good sales pitch because it is true.
The Democrats, most of them at least, clearly believe it or they would be
campaigning to reverse what all of you did. They certainly are not. The
most they do is make generalities about tax breaks for the rich. Why can't
George take that on directly as well by pointing out that the highest
income tax payers are, because of the changes, both paying more in taxes
and also a higher portion of the total tax revenues. Isn't this exactly

what liberals should want, i.e. the wealthy to pay more? I am sometimes
amazed at how little publicity that fact has gotten. As a variation of it,
one of my good friends here in Philadelphia, Princeton '46 I might add,
expressed amazement when I mentioned that the top 1% of taxpayers paid
something like 26% of all income taxes, up from something like 23% before
the Reagan tax changes. I can't help but believe that the average voter,
including blue collar workers, many of whom voted for Reagan, would be
impressed by these figures. The top 1% certainly have much less than 26%
of the income.
I think the budget is an issue he can and should also address head
on. He should state something like "Those who said 'our' tax cuts would
raise the deficit were wrong. Ever since the recession necessary to break
the back of our inherited inflation was over and our tax cuts in the early
1980s were implemented, tax revenues have been soaring and continue to
soar. In fisccal 1988 they will have recovered to a higher percent of
National Income (GNP?) than before the cuts." At this point, on TV at
least, he could have a chart showing this. (See enclosed) he could then
emphasize that spending increases have been the problem, up from about 20%
(?) of GNP to 24-25% (?) although recently starting to decline as we have
continued to fight Congress's attempts to increase it.
He should admit to having been skeptical about Reaganomics when he
campaigned against R.R. in 1980. "But, I am happy to admit I was wrong.
The proof of its success is easy to see. The Democrats don't want to admit
this success, of course, but it is interesting that they don't campaign for
the old tax system."
He could then constantly remind voters that Dukakis is leaving the
door open for some tax increases "as a last resort". "I will leave it to
you, the voters, to decide whether the party with all the spending
proposals even if they only accept a fraction of those Jesse Jackson and
Ted Kennedy are openly suggesting, will have any choice but that last
resort they talk about." Why not ask audiences:
"How many of you think the Democrats will raise taxes if they
gain control of the White House?" I would be very surprised if a very
large percent of voters did not think the Democrats will try to raise
taxes.
"And do you really believe they will only tax the rich? Ask
Mr. Dukakis how much revenue he thinks they will get by raising the
marginal rates on only highest incomes? We proved you get more from the
wealthy by lowering rates. They will very soon be back raising taxes on
the middle class because they know that is where the dollars are."

2. Deficit & Defense
A fair question to ask us is about the deficit which, while
well down from the peak, is still way too high.
"As I have pointed out, it is not due to a lack of tax
revenues. We are still getting in taxes as big a percent of GNP as we did
eight years ago, and GNP is way up. (Give a $ or % figure.) Spending is
way up, that is the problem. It has risen by
amount and the
Democrats still say we should spend more.
"Isn't higher defense spending which we campaigned for part
of the spending problem?
"It is only if you take just the last few years. But the
reason we campaigned on a platform of strengthened defense is because of
what occurred in the previous 10-20 years.
"In 1960 we spent 52% of our budget on National Defense.
During the Kennedy years it never went below %. By 1980, however, it
had dropped to %. Looked at another way, we spent 9.5% of our GNP on
National Defense in 1960 and by 1980 it was %. This would not have
been so bad if Russia was also cutting back. But they increased their
share of GNP going to the military from % to % between 1960 and
1980. (Why not also have a simple chart, at least for TV, showing this
change?)
"We said we needed more strength before we could make
progress through negotiations with the Russians. We built that strength
and an interesting thing happened. The Russians came to the table and
negotiated realistically for the first time a year or two ago and we are
now achieving some historic break throughs. Why didn't President Carter
have any success? He got only a few minor agreements which the Russians
did not live up to. The main reason was that we had reduced our strength
and he was negotiating from weakness.
"We can't let our defense deteriorate again or the Russians
will quickly see that we are losing our bargaining power. But, we don't
need the sizable build up we had between 1981 and 1986.
"Defense is now about 6.4% of GNP, yes up from % in 1981,
but still well below the %+ of the Kennedy years.
"What do most, fortunately not all, Democrats suggest? Big
cuts in defense. They say that is where they will get revenues for new
domestic spending. Do we want to risk getting back into the cold war
mentality we Republicans have worked so hard to reduce? (Why not have him
ask audiences "How many of you think the Democrats will make large defense
cuts?")

"And while we are on domestic spending, do the Democrats have
a case that we have cut way back and now more is needed? The facts say
otherwise.
"Domestic spending, non-military non-interest, accounted for
7.3% of the 1960 GNP. Last year it was 13.3%. This is an increase of
% over 20 years. Because the Democrats have controlled Congress most
of the time during the Reagan years it has actually risen % since
1980. This is a sizable amount in inflation adjusted or real terms. Does
it seem to you like we need more social spending or better control of it?
Do we need a Congress to present a President with a 2000 (?) page spending
bill for $ billion which he must either accept completely or veto and
close down the Government for a time?
"Think what will probably happen if the Democrats get control
of the White House as well as Congress. The President will be encouraging
even more of this rather than fighting it as we will. Are the Democrats
recommending a line item veto to help control ridiculous pork-barrell items
in the budget? I am and will fight for it. Remember states have a
line item veto and I hear no talk of repealing it in any state. (It would
be interesting to know if Mass. has a line item veto. If they do, Bush
could ask if Dukakis used it or worked to repeal it. If he used it, why
would he not join in strongly recommending it for Federal Government.)
"Reporters and commentators say no one has a plan to cure the
deficit and all are ducking the issue. Well, I have a clear plan and do
not want to duck the issue. I will be campaigning on the issue of reducing
the budget because it is very important that we do so.
"Revenues have been rising at a 7-8% annual rate (?) for
years and we have spending down to 4 1/2-5%. We plan to reduce the rate of
spending a bit more but, most importantly, keep the healthy growth in the
economy. The deficit is shrinking and will be virtually eliminated by 1992
if we pursue the Reagan-Bush economic policies. But continued growth is
important. We don't have to reduce the deficit with more taxes on the
backs of American workers. The Democrats have a real problem. They want
to spend more and that is obviously bad news for the deficit. So they then
say, "as a last resort we will raise taxes". But, of course, tax increases
will jeopardize economic growth and reduce, not increase, growth in tax
revenues. I feel for them because they are in a Catch 22. This is why you
have been hearing for several years that the Democrats have a problem
attacking Reaganomics. They say it is terrible, but never say how they
will change economic policies. They say it has caused problems, but then
can't explain rapid growth in employment, low inflation and a shrinking
deficit. They then say that although things look pretty good now, they
will get terrible. The only trouble is they have been saying this for
several years, but things keep getting better not worse.

"Many are telling me I should be specific about my own
beliefs. I am happy and anxious to do that and will be. but don't expect
me to differ from President Reagan's policies which I believe are sound and
good for the country.
"I plan to run a very positive campaign because the
Reagan/Bush administration has much to be proud of. My campaign will be
based on our accomplishments and the ways in which I will work to keep the
country strong. We have strengthened our defense and the economy. A Bush
administration will continue these objectives. The job obviously is not
finished. The deficit is getting smaller, but is still much too large.
"Everyone now has lower tax rates on any increases in income
they earn and the lowest income group have had Federal income taxes
eliminated. When you lower rates as we have done, you increase incentives.
And this is working. And when you earn more, the reduced inflation we have
achieved means that more of it is real. The Democrats want to raise your
rates even before the full beneficial effect is seen.
"Everyone is saying that the Republicans cannot get much of
the black vote. I don't believe that. I can understand why black voters
would suppoort Jesse Jackson in the primaries. Their pride is
understandable and many do not think their alternatives were very good.
Our campaign for black votes will not be based on the promise of more or
enlarged programs which haven't worked. We think many blacks understand
how we have created more economic opportunities for them. They have the
same aspirations as whites do. We have created more jobs and will continue
to work against discrimination so they will have real equal opportunity.
Obviously I made this way too long Jim, for which I apologize.
But, I had to get it off my chest. I hate to see Bush getting headlines
accusing Dukakis of being "too liberal." Or he is quoted as complaining
about Dukakis's Harvard advisors. If he talks positively about these
issues, no one could accuse him of being negative or personal. All he
really has to do is understand and accept what you all have accomplished.
He seems to me to be too decent a man with too much going for him to get
caught in a defensive negative campaign.

Let me add that I don't believe everything is perfect by any

Dear President Bush:
To refresh your memory, in 1988 I headed a voter
registration drive in Cook County which successfully, verifiably
registered over one hundred thousand (100,000) new voters. I
also raised the several hundred thousands of dollars needed by
that voter drive. I also organized and sponsored the rally at
St. Simeon in the 10th Ward which was a monster success. Since
then, I never heard from anyone in your campaign - never, ever -
except from Ed Murnane. So much for a bruised ego!
What really matters is our country, its people and who
is best to lead it as its President, and how? The easiest answer
to give is that you, George Bush, Republican, is without question
the best man for the job using basic party values and beliefs.
The fact is that I couldn't fill a hall for your
re-election campaign with you present. You, our Commander-in-Chief
during the Persian Gulf War - You, our President during the fall
of communism! One reason that a hall can't be filled is that
people believe that you don't have a clue about our economy. You
can't keep saying that everything is OK when it is not. We would
all respect you more if you said that we are in a squeeze right
now, but together we will work our way out - maybe, with less
defense spending as one example. Ask us to be patient, and tell
us together we will climb out of this. Admit you misjudged,
misevaluated or even made a mistake - but no more rhetoric!
Another reason that we couldn't fill the hall is that we
have a large population of Croatians and Serbians within our 10th
Ward Community. All of us, both Croatians and Serbians, are
appalled by the non-action of the United States to stop this
bloodshed. This United States non-action really hurts, for all
the obvious reasons. We have blood relatives in Yugoslavia - but
no oil!

the Fun Park is the spectacular and incredible story presented in the
Planetarium. Believe it or not, this information was transmitted to
the earth from beyond, and tells the orgin of man. And it is more
bazar then you can imagine. Beyond that, there is much to see and do
when visiting the Fun Park.
Take a ride in a plastic ball that spins around you as it rolls down
the track, passing through loops, turns, and down hills. The "Ball
Ride" is more exciting then a Roller Coaster.
Breathtaking, multi-colored fountains await you at the "Fountain
Walk" where water has been turned into a kaleidoscope of colors and
dazzling scenes.
Ride the Tunnel Car, America's newest transportation system. See
scenes of deserts, forests and mountian scenery. Pass through scenes
of swamps, canyons and rugged terrain. Travel over scenes of lakes,
rivers and cities. Tunnel Car Service will be available in the near
future between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Ride a Balloon high into the sky. A panoramic view of the park can be
seen from the Balloon Gondola.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS
Only a brief description is given for each ride. The Story at the
Planetarium is presented in its entirety.
THE BALLOON RIDE
Ride in a gondola that is attached to a steel cable, while a huge
gas filled balloon rises to a height that allows a panoramic view of
the Park and surrounding area. Then the steel cable brings the
balloon back down to the ground.
FOUNTAIN WALK
Walk through a long dark building that has breathtaking,
multi-colored fountains on both sides of a walkway. The kaleidosope
of colors and sparkling scenes will take your breath away. Over 100
fountains are on display.
THE BALL RIDE
Ride inside of a plastic ball large enough for two. The front swings
open to enable riders to enter the ball and take a seat. The seats
are attached to large wheel bearings that remain stationary while the
ball turns around them. The heavy weight on the bottom of the seats
keep them stationary while the ball is rolling. The ball rides in a
track and moves like a roller coaster down the track, down steep
hills, around curves, up hills, through loops. When the track loops,
instead of turning upside down, the riders remain upright inside the
ball. The plastic ball has no motor, it moves down hill by gravity
and centrifugal force, gaining speed as it travels. At the end the
ball is stopped by a water pond. A pulley or lift then pushes it back
up to the top. The ball ride is a high speed thrill ride. It is a
fairly long ride and travels all around the Park.
THREE LANE BOWLING GAME CENTER
Robert Wollner has invented a new Bowling Game called "Three Lane
Bowling Game". Visitors to the Park can enjoy playing this new
Bowling Game at the Bowling Center.
FOOD AND SNACK BARS
Food centers, snack bars and gift shops are located around the Park.
TUNNEL CAR RIDE
America's newest transportation system is the Tunnel Car. The Tunnel
Car is a high speed vehicle which rides on a track inside a plastic
tunnel. The plastic tunnels the car travels through are supported
above the ground by steel support rods. The tunnels can be quickly
erected through any terrain such as deserts and canyons, through
swamps, forests, mountains, etc.. The Tunnel Car can go where other
forms of transportation cannot and is completely protected from the
weather. The cars that travel through the tunnels seat a maximum of
six people. Cars travel down the track individually, in single
file. The tunnel car travels at approximately 250 miles per hour. It
operates like a flat electric motor. While the electric motor turns
at high speed by magnetic repulsion, the tunnel cars are
magnetically repelled down the track by magnetic repulsion. The
cars are supported above the magnetic track by a suspension system.
When building a road or a train track the ground must be made flat

before the highway, Interstate or train track can be laid down. This
means great expense, equipment and man hours. When building Tunnel
Car Routes the light weight plastic tunnels snap together at both
ends. Then they are weather sealed and can be errected quickly. They
are brought in by truck and helicopter. The steel beams that support
the tunnels are cemented into the ground. The helicopter lowers the
tunnel right onto the steel beams. The tunnel is then bolted in
place. Since the plastic tunnels are above the ground the
ruggedness of the terrain is not a problem as with building a highway
or laying a train track.
THE TUNNEL CAR
A ride on a tunnel car is an enjoyable experience. Each tunnel car is
a luxury vehicle with large comfortable seats. Seat covers are used
to protect the seats and are changed after each use. By pressing a
button on the dash in front of each passenger, a computer screen comes
up. Or down.
Since the tunnel car, like an automobile, has no bathroom, rest stops
are located along the tunnel routes. By pressing a button on the dash
the computer is alerted to stop at the next rest stop. If the passenger
wants to know how far the next rest stop is, they bring up the computer.
The computer will display a map which shows their location on the map
and where the rest stops are located.
The computer screen is connected to a VCR for watching movies. Video
movies can be rented at the Tunnel Car Station or passengers can bring
their own. Music can be enjoyed with headsets.
The tunnel car is equiped with stereo cassette players. Passengers
bring their own music or rent cassettes at the tunnel car station.
A tunnel car seats 4 people. The jumbo tunnel car seats 6 people.
Passengers specify when purchasing their ticket which size car they
will need. Tunnel cars are equiped with heaters and air conditioners.
THE TUNNELS
Tunnels traveling throuch scenic areas may be open on one side
or both sides to allow a better view. Beautiful mountain scenery, for
example, can be seen more clearly this way. Weather sensors in the
tunnel along the way will close the tunnel if inclement weather occurs.
The tunnel car routes do not follow highways. They travel through the
most scenic routes across remote areas.
During the Spring and Summer months open tunnels may be preferable to
the closed tunnels. When traveling during the winter passengers want
to be snug and protected from the harsh winter weather in a protective
tunnel. In the Spring and Summer passengers want to enjoy the weather
and scenery. In order to do this they need an unobstructed view.
Traveling in a plastic tunnel can obstruct the view. So this is why

experimentation is needed with tunnels that can open and close. Like
with
other forms of transporation such as, the car, the airplane,
the train, -- the tunnel car must be allowed to evolve and develop.
Todays automobiles, airplanes and trains are far different then when
the inventer first had the idea. In countries like Canada where harsh
weather is a fact of life, traveling through plastic tunnels that
provide a transportation system which is impervious to the weather
is a necessity.
THE TUNNEL CAR RIDE AT THE FUN PARK
The tunnel car ride starts at the Tunnel Car Station. At the Tunnel
Car Station a complete explanation of the tunnel car system is
presented. When riding the tunnel car around the Park you will pass
through different scenes which represent weather conditions,
landscapes and types of terrain a tunnel car system might pass
through. Such as, over a lake, through a city, over a forest, under
snow, through deserts, etc.

SPACE SHUTTLE RIDE
The Space Shuttle Ride, which holds two passengers, points skyward.
The passengers sit with their backs to the ground and feet pointing
towards the sky. Pressing the button launches the space shuttle. A
huge weight is mechanically dropped from above and by way of a
pulley, the shuttle is hurled to the top. The effect of the G-force
is accomplished as gravity is overcome in the launch. Once at the
top, the shuttle starts downhill. As speed picks up, the shuttle is
hurled through curves, over the death-defying leap and into the
barrels, through the barrels and into the corkscrew where the shuttle
goes around and around working its way down to the final approach,
where the shuttle rolls down a huge slide to the end of the ride.
CONCERT HALL
Every Saterday night and Sunday afternoon concerts are given. The
Saterday night concert is aired on National Television and features
the nations most outstanding talent. The Sunday concert is given for
local people and features less known talent.
STARSHIP TOUR
The mammoth Starship is located towards the rear of the Park
inbetween the Concert Hall and the Planetarium. The first thing you
notice is that it is big. As big as a 5 story building. The tour
consists of 5 seperate decks. Each deck is made up of various rooms.
Each room serves a function when traveling in space. The Starship is
part of the Story that is told in the Planetarium.
THE PLANETARIUM STORY IS NEXT
If you are interested in OUTER SPACE, in the universe and how man
came to be, then you owe it to yourself to read the story that follows
in the Planetarium. Be prepared to travel beyond space and time all the
way back to the beginning of creation and learn how it actually happened.
And be prepared for a suprise ending that will astound you.

THE PLANETARIUM
In a Planetarium an optical device projects images of celestial bodies on a
dome. Light passing through the optical device projects images on the dome
ceiling and walls, of Galaxies, Suns, Planets, Comets, Asteroids and other
celestial bodies, and phenomenon that make up a universe. The auditorium is
pitch dark. When the optical device is turned on, the walls and ceiling are
filled with celestial bodies. The audience gets the feeling of sitting in
space looking at the universe. The Griffith Park Observatory in Los
Angeles, California has a planetarium where a show is given to explain
about the universe.
In this Planetarium, the story of God, Man, the Universe and Creation are
told. As set forth in "The Book of God's Workers". This is a true story.
The story tells about God's Workers, who have come to our planet to end
Wars, Poverty and Human Suffering. This is not a religious story, nor is it
in any way connected with religion. God's Workers are presently stationed
above the earth observing human events. They have sent this information
down to earth so that mankind will know of their presence.
During the story a SPEAKER narrates. His voice is on a cassette tape. A
VISUAL movie is shown through the optical device. When the speaker talks,
the word SPEAKER: appears. When the word VISUAL: appears the paragraph
below tells what is being shown in the movie. Throughout the story
following the word VISUAL: it will say, "Return to the Universe. This means
we are returned to the optical device projecting images of celestial bodies
on the dome walls and ceiling.
THE SHOW BEGINS: The auditorium is dark.
VISUAL:
Shown on the dome ceiling. THE STORY OF CREATION *** As told by God's
Workers ***
The auditorium is dark again.
SPEAKER:
In the beginning there was God. And only God.
God desired to create infinite and abounding life--not merely one universe,
or even one million universes--but infinite, boundless universes with
abundant and bountiful life.
VISUAL:
The optical device is turned on. The ceiling and walls are filled with
billions of Stars and Galaxies.
SPEAKER:
And God filled the heavens to capacity. All physical space was consumed as
God created universe upon universe, stretching to infinity in all
directions.
And God filled the life supporting planets with people, animals, insects and
creatures of all kinds. He made each with unique and individual
characteristics, creating a great divergence of life forms.
A MOMENTARY PAUSE BY THE SPEAKER HERE. THEN HE BEGINS SPEAKING
God intended that his creation should last an eternity, so he made specific
provisions to ensure his "masterpiece" would survive. Part of God's divine
plan is a "Supreme Being" whose purpose is to watch over humankind.
God, in his infinite wisdom, had made man imperfect, yet provided him with
the ability to evolve and to ultimately reach perfection and become a
highly evolved being.
VISUAL:
Shown is man in his prehistoric beginnings. He appears to be hairy and is
carrying a wooden club for protection.
SPEAKER:
Man in his early beginnings might be barbaric, cruel and insensitive towards
animals and other humans in his environment. He would be almost animal-like.
VISUAL:
Shown is man evolving through the years. The Romans, the Egyptians, etc. up
to the present time.
SPEAKER:
As time passed man would become educated, learn skills and even develop
technology through his ability to invent, create and conceive ideas. God
knew that profound human suffering would exist along the way until man
became a fully evolved, loving, caring and compassionate being.
VISUAL:
Shown are scenes of wars, murder, concentration camps, KKK burning
crosses, violent gangs, horrible poverty, unbearable prison conditions,
etc.
SPEAKER:
Wars, murder, greed, violence, aggression, indifference and unspeakable
cruelties would abound on planets as humans learned to adapt to one
another.
VISUAL:
Return to the Universe. Celestial bodies appear on the walls and ceiling as
projected by the optical device.
SPEAKER:
Because man is imperfect, and the process for man to evolve is lengthy, God
created a SUPREME BEING. The function of the Supreme Being is to watch
over man and help him to evolve and reach his full development.

GOD'S SUPREME BEING
VISUAL:
The above picture is shown as a representation of what God's Supreme Being
might look like.
SPEAKER:
God's Supreme Being is round, like a ball. On the inside it consists entirely
of human brain material. It has a hard covering to protect it. Its size is
enormous, larger then an entire galaxy.
VISUAL:
The Supreme Being is shown in space.
SPEAKER:
God placed the Supreme Beings in space, inbetween galaxies, out of sight of
humans, who had to evolve.
The Supreme Beings have no needs, such as food or water. And they are
unaffected by temperature. They have the ability to live an eternity.
VISUAL:
Goes back to the representation of God's Supreme Being shown at the top of
the page.
SPEAKER:
The Supreme Beings have the ability to produce off spring. Their off spring
are called "God's Workers", because they carry out God's Will by
overlooking planets and observing and monitoring humankind. The Supreme
Being can give birth to unlimited numbers of off spring.
VISUAL:
Return to the Universe.
SPEAKER:
God's creation is vast. The number of God's Workers required to overlook
the vastness of creation is staggering.

GOD'S WORKERS DURING
THE BIRTH PROCESS
GOD'S SUPREME BEING
SPEAKER:
The Supreme Beings do not need a mate to reproduce. They produce off
spring by growing umbilical cords which extend out from their round mass. At
the end of each umbilical cord is a womb. Inside the womb birth takes place.
What emerges is their off spring, which is tiny in comparison to the Supreme
Being and never grows any larger. The off spring can live throughout
eternity and have God-like characteristics and abilities. In the
representation above the size of the off spring encircling the Supreme
Being are larger then they actually are. The off spring are minute in
comparison. While the Supreme Being is larger than an entire galaxy, the off
spring are not much bigger then a 4 story building.
God's Supreme Beings have the ability to store infinite knowledge. They are
infinite storehouses for knowledge, wisdom and information. The Supreme
Being is where all the knowledge, of all the universes, through all the ages,
will reside. It is the storehouse for all the knowledge accumulated, by all
the beings, in all the universes, since the beginning of the beginning. There
is no limitation to the amount of information the Supreme Being can store.
The kind of information that is gathered by God's Workers, and then stored
by the Supreme Being, is knowledge that is useful for the development of
man. This would include all inventions, ideas, concepts, creations,
equations, formulas, solutions to problems, that man has ever conceived.
All the knowledge relating to the development of man, on every planet, in
every galaxy of every universe, has been gathered and stored in the
infinite storehouse, the Supreme Beings.

In the beginning God's Supreme Beings were empty of knowledge and wisdom.
As man developed and evolved on planets, God's Workers began the knowledge
gathering process. By observing humans on planets, and by being born on
planets and living one lifetime as a human being, God's Workers were able to
assist humans in their development and gather information about them at
the same time. The information gathered was then passed on to the Supreme
Being to be stored.

SPEAKER: God gave human subconscious minds the ability to communicate
with each other. Although unknown to us humans, God gave our subconscious

and carry on a communication which spans the universe, passing information
to each other and storing it. This ability of subconscious minds to
communicate across the vastness of space is an important part of the
knowledge harvesting process which God's Workers must undertake. When
human subconscious minds communicate with each other by passing
information, God's Workers can interact in the process and gain access to
this information. God's Workers can also communicate directly with human
subconscious minds and gain knowledge or information from them.

communication would have to exist whereby the human mind could
communicate and interchange ideas and information. The telepathic abilities
of the human mind at the subconscious level is a reality that mankind is
unaware of. Our conscious mind is not aware of the incredible telepathic
abilities of the subconscious. We are only aware of what exists in the
conscious mind. The unconscious is beyond our reach. The telepathic
abilities of the mind plays an important role in God's creation.

over distances that no other communication system can accommodate. The
term speed does not exist in telepathy. Mind communication is
instantaneous. How this is accomplished is a mystery for mankind to unravel
one day. If God's secret can be learned then man could communicate across
any distance instantaneously. If human subconscious minds can do it, then
perhaps so can man's technology.
This interconnecting communication system which links all beings, allows for
the transfer of knowledge between planets without humans being
consciously aware of it. God has entrusted the subconscious to impart
information to man which it has stored through its communication that will
lead to the advancement of human kind. Our own subconscious minds are a
vast storehouse of knowledge and information, as God has planned it to be
in order to assist us. Ideas slip out of the subconscious, that inspire us,
encourage us, and guide us. Many times these ideas were transferred from
other planets where the original inventor first conceived of it or
accidently discovered it. Through this method all beings indirectly, and
unconsciously share discoveries, as incredible as it might sound. So the
next time you get an idea, a notion, an inspiration or a brainstorm, stop to
consider, was it your own subconscious sharing some of its stored
knowledge with you.

SPEAKER: Perhaps we might ask what kind of information subconscious minds
share with each other. They share information that is useful for the
development of mankind. They send information to other planets regarding
useful inventions, ideas and discoveries on their own planet. Ideas and
information are passed along. Each stores the information, then passes it
to others. This passing of information form one to the other is how the
information works its way through the universe. As it is passed, it is used.

Each subconscious mind decides what information it will impart to its
counterpart, the conscious mind. Since the information is stored for a
lifetime it can be utilized at anytime up until death. Without this
communication, knowledge and ideas would be extremely limited.
As man toils, builds and advances on planets throughout the galaxies, God's
system for enhancing creativity through the utilization of our own
subconscious mind and its ability to communicate is vital to human
advancement. In every facet of human endeavor our subconscious mind plays
a role in assisting us with ideas.

SPEAKER: In God's creation, communication amongst subconscious minds
works for humanity on a very grand scale scale that exceeds by far the
limits of our own infinitesimal world. And we are never aware of this
massive communication taking place.
BRIEF PAUSE: Let us ponder for a moment the universe and its vastness, and
the infinite life it contains. The universe is made up of billions of galaxies.
No one knows exactly how the universe is laid out, since we have no map.
Some galaxies are close together forming groups, while other galaxies may
be enormous distances from any other galaxies off by themselves, you
might say. Each galaxy is made up of billions of Suns. Around each Sun
revolve planets, some of which have inhabitants as the planet earth does.
We will now see what determines the scientific advancement of human life on
each planet of the cosmos. Take a look at the diagram below which
illustrates galaxies and groups of galaxies and how they might be
positioned in the universe's structural layout.

SPEAKER: The human inhabitants of Worlds located in galaxies that are far
from other galaxies may be less intelligent then the inhabitants of Worlds
located in more populated regions. Also, the number of other life forms
existing in a galaxy will play a part in determining intelligence. It is
apparent that the scientific advancement of any planet of beings is greatly
dependent on ideas, discoveries, inventions, creations and human thought.
Without an idea, there is rarely a discovery. The ability to conceive ideas
leads to discovery and human advancement.
The closer a World is to other Worlds, the nearer a galaxy is to other
galaxies that contain intelligent beings, the more transmitted information
human subconscious minds will be receiving. Because human subconscious
minds of other Worlds tend to communicate more often with minds that are
within the same cosmic "proximity". In galaxies that are scantly inhabited
with intelligent life forms, there are fewer exchanges among subconscious
minds. And where communication is greatest, so is intelligence. The most
intelligent life forms will be found in areas where human subconscious
minds can conduct an intercourse of ideas among themselves on a regular
basis, and these are the areas in which human subconscious minds interact
and form mutually beneficial knowledge pools.

SPEAKER: Our own subconscious mind has a wealth of information stored
within it. The amount of information it is willing to share with us, the
conscious mind, is comparatively little. It only discloses whatever
information it pleases. Some information it does not wish to share is the
fact that it communicates with other subconscious minds in the universe,
collecting information and storing it. It may be difficult to comprehend the
concept that subconscious minds are totally independent of us and can
communicate across the vastness of space.

flat) sounded crazy to most people, but who believes the World is flat
today. If you are open-minded enough to accept the possibility of

SPEAKER: Let us now review what we have learned so far.
In the beginning God created infinite universes and filled the life
supporting planets with humans and creatures of all kinds. This is not a
religious God, nor is God connected with religion in any way. Because man is
imperfect God created a Supreme Being to look after man. The Supreme
Beings give birth to off spring called, God's Workers, who carry out God's
Will by overlooking planets and assisting humankind.
In God's creation a system of communication exists, that is unknown to
mankind, whereby information and knowledge can be passed and stored and
used, to benefit all existing human life. This communication system includes
God's Supreme Being, God's Workers and human subconscious minds. These
three entities pass and store information that is used to benefit mankind.
VISUAL: Shown is the diagram of the Supreme Being with its off spring.
SPEAKER: God gave the Supreme Being and its off spring incredible God-like
powers and abilities. They can provide almost any miracle you can imagine.
Such as: Move planets and Suns around like toys. Move planets and Suns to

different location. SPEAKER: Bring human beings back from the dead. VISUAL:
Three bright lights appear then fade away. A man, woman and child appear as
though being returned from the dead. SPEAKER: Remove all the water from an

bottom of the ocean is seen. SPEAKER: Remove all the animals from an entire

SPEAKER: God's Workers use their powers to repair planets that have been
damaged through man's carelessness, such as the Ionosphere and
Greenhouse Effect here on earth, they provide proof of their existence
through miracles, and they heal the sick as Jesus Christ did. Later on in
the story you will learn more about the incredible powers of God's Workers.
Now lets see how the Supreme Being utilizes its stored knowledge.

open and the tiny round off spring being born.

The Supreme Being gives birth to infinite numbers of off spring which will
overlook creation, as is God's Will. Creation is continually expanding and
growing larger as will soon be explained. Therefore the Supreme Beings must
continually produce off spring. It is a never ending job. The knowledge that
is stored in the Supreme Being is a storehouse of information. God's
Workers can access this information through mind communication or
telepathy. Just as our subconscious mind acts as a storage container for
us, which we can access when we need to, the Supreme Being is the storage
container for God's Workers. It contains infinite knowledge, wisdom and
usable information. This wealth of information helps God's Workers to do
their job.

SPEAKER: What if a spacecraft landed on earth today and an alien stepped
out and said on National Television. (The alien speaks) I have come to your
planet to help you. I have superior knowledge to offer your world. Why grow
food or kill living beings to eat? With my knowledge you can manufacture
supernutrient food crackers. One cracker is an entire meal for 30 days, and
by eating it you will be healthier and feel better than you ever have.
Forget about death. With my knowledge you can live as long as you wish.
Airplanes, cars, boats, trains forget about them. I will show you how to
build your own personal teleporter so you can transport yourself wherever
you wish to go in an instant. You want space travel and to visit other
galaxies? I will show you how to travel on light beams across the limitless
expanses of the universe. My knowledge will bring you things that will
astound you, a whole new way of life for your entire planet. Robots will do
all the work and toil. All you have to do is enjoy these new miracles my
knowledge will bring you. (Alien stops talking), Speaker talks: As you can
see, knowledge is important to human advancement. Knowledge is the
difference between the caveman and modern man. Our life is filled with
marvels a caveman could never have understood.

SPEAKER: God's creation is more incredible then you can imagine. Now let us
return to the beginning of creation.
In the beginning there was God. And only God. What God is, or might be of, is
unknown to God's Workers. In God's infinite wisdom he fathered creation.
God desired to create infinite and abounding life, not merely one universe,
or even one million universes, but the convergence of infinite, boundless
universes with abundant and bountiful life. God's creation reveals infinite
universes, stretching without end, as will be shown.
God's plan for creation is so immense that all physical space could not
contain it. It is a plan that continually expands without end. God devised a
method through which creation could continually expand into infinity, and in
doing so, allowing unlimited physical space for his creation. Through God's
method, creation without end is obtainable. No limits or restrictions can
hamper its size or vastness. God's creation is truly an entity without end,
in which an infinity of universes can exist. God had solved the problem of a
lack of physical space to contain his creation.
In the beginning God created the Genesis or beginning universes from which
an infinity of other universes would be spawned. The Genesis Universes
would produce the infinity of life God desired to create. In each Genesis
Universe, other universes would come into being, that would stretch to
infinity, as will be explained.
God filled the heavens to capacity with Genesis Universes. All physical
space had been consumed as God created universe upon universe, stretching
to infinity in all directions. And God filled the life supporting planets of
the Genesis Universes with people, animals, insects and creatures of all
kinds. He made each with unique and individual characteristics, creating a
great divergence of life forms, envisioning that these traits would then be
passed down to other universes that would be spawned, where infinite life
in variety could abound
We will now see how it is possible for creation to continually expand into
infinity. God wanted his creation to go beyond the boundaries of physical
space. To have unlimited capacity for the continuation of infinite and
bountiful life. God's plan allows for creation without end. A never ending,
continually expanding system that truly has the characteristics of the
term "infinity".
The Genesis or beginning universes were created by God in order to begin
the process of life. Thereafter, in each Genesis Universe, through God's
plan, an infinity of other universes would be spawned. These universes
would expand into the unlimited capacity of infinity, where boundless,
limitless life would exist. An infinity of life would be achieved, as God
desired.

SPEAKER: Man's ability to advance in scientific and technological
achievement is unlimited. God created man and gave him the ability to
accomplish great scientific achievements. God had a specific purpose in
mind when he endowed man with the mental intelligence for scientific
advancement. Humankind would become the infinite Army of workers who would
continue creation beyond the boundaries of physical space.

SPEAKER: And God filled the life supporting planets of the Genesis
Universes with people, animals, insects and creatures of all kinds. This was
the beginning of man. God did not fill every planet with races of people. He
allowed genetics to shape the diversity of man.

SPEAKER: God created one man and one woman for each life supporting
planet, who would, through the process of birth, spawn an entire race. 2
would become 8, 8 would become 32, 32 would become 76, and so it would go
until multitudes walked the planet. This occurred on every planet that
could support human life.
VISUAL: Shown is man and woman advancing and learning. Fire, a club, the
wheel. SPEAKER: As time passed human life evolved and developed on planets
throughout the Geneses Universes. Generation after generation man
advanced and learned.

subconscious minds transferred knowledge and ideas from planet to planet.

create. Technology came into being. Modern cities were built. Governments
and laws were established.

representing communication between God's Workers, The Supreme Being and
human subconscious minds down on the planet. SPEAKER: As man advanced and

developed, this information was gathered by God's Workers and then stored
and warehoused by God's Supreme Beings. Man's ideas, discoveries,
inventions, concepts, systems, solutions for problems, etc., had all been
stored.
VISUAL: Shows cities in space. A fleet of Starships is seen. A room is shown
with charts and maps of the universe. SPEAKER: As time passed man learned
the secrets of the universe. He learned how to travel through space
quickly. He charted and mapped his universe.
VISUAL: Shown is the bridge of a Starship. A highly advanced X-Ray radar
device is shown that can display a picture of the inside of a planet or a
Sun. Another device gives the read-out of the metals contained in the
planet. Other elements such as wood, water, atmosphere make-up, etc. are
displayed. The entire make-up of the planet is then displayed right down to
the basic molecules and types of atoms.
The next scene shows a laser device on a platform above a planet. The
device is turned on and the laser device cuts the planet in half. The two
halves of the planet are then separated, and the planet is examined in
cross section to discover its make-up. SPEAKER: Man even learned how
planets are made and how Suns are formed.
VISUAL: Shown is a man with a large head. He is sitting in a room with highly
advanced technological equipment. Many different planets are seen on
television screens. SPEAKER: Man became a super-intelligent being who had
unraveled all the mysteries of his universe. In fact he became so
intelligent that there were no more mysteries left to solve.

SPEAKER: God was pleased. And God spoke to man, communicating with him
through his subconscious mind. Man became consciously aware of God's
message. Mankind would become the Army of workers who would continue
creation beyond the boundaries of physical space. God told man to build
Miniature Universes. And to build them in abundance. Man was directed by
God to build miniature planets and Suns. He instructed man to, plan, design
and build, miniature Solar Systems, miniature Galaxies and miniature
Universes. God's Workers would assist man in this endeavor by providing him
with knowledge and ideas through his subconscious mind.
On trillions of planets the task began.
VISUAL: Shown are highly advanced machines that have the capabilities of
manufacturing tiny planets and Suns. A room is filled with tiny planets and
Suns that are hanging in mid air. They are held in place by a magnetic
gravitational force field.
SPEAKER: Man devised highly technological machines that could manufacture
tiny planets and Suns. These highly sophisticated machines turned out
planets by the billions. Every type of planet imaginable. And Suns by the
millions.

VISUAL: Shown are men working in space placing tiny Suns and planets in
orbit. They are using gravity devices to move and place them. A piece of
equipment is shown that starts planets orbiting around the tiny Sun. A
digital read-out displays information relating to the planets orbit,
distance from the Sun, distance from other orbiting planets, speed at which
it will travel in orbit, the axis tilt required to produce the seasons, such
as Summer, Winter, Spring and Fall. The planets rotation is displayed which
produces day and night, the amount of radiation heat the planet is
receiving from the Sun is also displayed. These measurements and
techniques constitute the exact science of Solar System designing. The
engineering of the future that beings who are lightyears ahead of us might
undertake.
SPEAKER: Man learned by trial and error how to construct a workable Solar
System. In every galaxy of the Genesis Universes humans were busy building
tiny planets and Suns. Creating innovative miniature Solar Systems.
VISUAL: A. Shown are hatcheries for tiny humans. B. Doctors are in an
operating room working on a pregnant woman. C. Scientists of Genetics are
working with test tubes. D. Animals are in cages for Genetic
experimentation.
SPEAKER: It came to pass that tiny people, tiny animals and other tiny
creatures had to be engendered so that life would exist on the tiny
planets. Doctors and scientists of Genetics began experimentation. Many
approaches were tried. Some tried hatcheries and artificial wombs. Others
tried to trick nature by using various methods, like removing the fetus
from the womb of a pregnant woman and attaching in its place numerous
small artificial wombs. By using advanced drugs and medicines the mother's
body could be fooled by the presence of the small wombs, and would feed and
form the small fetuses. The result would be miniature people who would
become the Adams and Eves of planets in a miniature universe. All they
would have to do is to find a way to give birth to one tiny man and one tiny
woman. From these two and the process of birth, millions of tiny people
could be spawned who would produce races of other millions and the planets
of the miniature universe would soon be full of humans. The process would
then be extended to animals and other creatures.
Man toiled for centuries, trying this and trying that, until finally he
developed the knowledge, skills and technology he needed to produce the
Miniature Universes that God instructed him to build.

SPEAKER: What would evolve from these miniature universes. Why did God
want them built? To find the answer to this question we must go back to the
beginning of creation.
And God filled the life supporting planets of the Genesis Universes with
people, animals, insects and creatures of all kinds. He made each with
unique and individual characteristics, creating a great divergence of life
forms, envisioning that these traits would then be passed down to the
"miniature universes" where life in variety could abound.

The Genesis Universes would produce the infinity of life God desired to
create. In each Genesis Universe, "miniature universes" would extend into
infinity.
God's plan for creation is so vast that all physical space could not contain
it. It is a plan that continually expands without end. As miniature universes
extend down into infinity, they become so minute that an entire miniature
universe could be contained within a single atom, and thus, the concept of
"a lack of physical space" does not apply within the small realm of infinity.
VISUAL: Shown is a group of men working in space. They have miniature
planets and Suns all around them.
SPEAKER: The monumental task of physically building the infinite numbers of
miniature universes God assigned to humankind. The reasons here were
manifold. God created the original universes and meant them to be examples
from which models could be duplicated. By assigning the chore to man he
allowed man's diversant and variable nature to take hold, to take his
teachings and formulate their own moldings. Serious-minded humans would
build miniature universes of innovation. Unique creativity would be the
cornerstone of universes and this is what God desired, not universes of
monotony with each one resembling the next.
Humans need a challenge. To discover the mysteries of their own universe
is not enough. Their feeling of pride is intensified as they look upon their
magnificent creation, their miniature universe, and say, we planned it, we
designed it and we built it.

SPEAKER: A thousand years has now passed since God spoke to man and told
him to build miniature universes. There is now an abundance of miniature
universes under construction in the Genesis Universes. Life is now
beginning to develop on some of the life supporting planets of the
miniature universes. An Adam and Eve, one man and one woman where placed
on each planet, from which an entire human race would be spawned. Males and
females of every miniature animal and miniature creature were put on each
planet to spawn a race of their own. Life was growing in the oceans, on the
land and in the air. The humans of the Genesis Universes watched over their
miniature planets, like God's in the sky, assuring that all went well. If the
Adam or Eve didn't survive then they where replaced with another.
Evolution had to occur. The land had to shift about as continents moved
across continental plates or shelves, pushing up mountains, creating lakes,
rivers and deserts. Landscape had to be molded by erosion. The life
supporting systems of the planets had to function properly. Gravity, wind,
the changing seasons, the proper rotation of the planets creating day and
night. Moons had to work properly. Oceans had to function with wind and
waves. The same meticulousness that was used to build the planets was
employed to assist in their development. Perhaps some of the animals on the
miniature planets were extra-large because that was the smallest they
could make. Large birds, saber-tooth tigers, dinosaurs, giant fish, etc..
Gravity and time has a way of bringing everything into shape and size. Adam
and Eve might have been 25 feet tall.

VISUAL: The Planetarium is dark. (next scene) We are in the bridge of a
Starship moving through space. A warning is seen ahead in space. It says:
WARNING
You are entering the perimeter of a Miniature Universe.
Do not proceed further.
Force shields will prevent your entry.
Turn back now.
We then proceed past the warning. Another warning is seen ahead. It says:
WARNING
You are now entering the boundaries of a Miniature Universe.
Proceed ahead slowly.
To receive historical data activate your ships computer.
A COMPUTER IS SHOWN. A voice reads what is on the computer screen.
You are entering the "Ratton" miniature universe, named after Dr. Henry
Ratton, who discovered the Genetic Process through which miniaturization
of humans, animals and other creatures can be accomplished. Construction
began on this universe in the millennium star date 8680, by Commandment of
the All-Mighty God, whose omnipresence was experienced by all humanity in
all known universes.
The complete project took a billion, four hundred million years to complete.
The miniature universe contains over 60 billion galaxies, 342 trillion solar
systems, and 397 quadrillion planets. This project is the undertaking of the
hard working and persevering inhabitants from over ten million planets
located in the galaxy "Fintox" which you are now in. To enter the miniature
universe is prohibited. You are reaching the point of safe return. Do not
attempt to proceed past the warning shields.
The miniature universe comes into view from the bridge of the Starship. The
camera stops and holds on the miniature universe in the distance.
SPEAKER: As more time passes life evolves and develops on planets
throughout the miniature universes. Generation after generation man
advances and learns. He becomes educated, learns skills and develops
technology through his ability to invent and create. He builds modern cities
and establishes governments and laws. Human subconscious minds transfer
knowledge and ideas from planet to planet, as God gave them the ability to
do. God's Workers were there, to assist them and watch over them. God's
Workers gathered information about their scientific and cultural
advancement and passed it on the God's Supreme Being who stored and
warehoused it. Old inventions, concepts, ideas, systems and information
that had been previously gathered and store were not acquired. Only what
was new was added to the stockpile of information contained in the Supreme
Being.
As more time passed in the miniature universe man evolved further and
learned the secrets of his universe. He discovered how to travel through
space quickly. He charted and mapped his universe. He even discovered how
planets are made and Suns are formed. He became a super-intelligent being
who had unraveled all the mysteries of his universe. And now that he had
acquired and learned all, he was ready to carry out God's Will and begin the
construction of miniature universes. The miniature inhabitants of a

miniature universe take up the task of building a micro-miniature universe.
And one day, just as they have begun to build their micro-miniature
universe, they are certain that the micro-miniature inhabitants of their
creation will one day begin construction on their own ultra-micro-
miniature universe. They may even, in the building of their universe, leave
the future inhabitants as many clues as possible as to how to do it.
VISUAL: Shown are birds flying in the air.
SPEAKER: After all, didn't our creator put birds here, millions of them, to
show us that air is not just to breathe, that we can fly in it. And didn't man
strive to fly like a bird? Without birds on our planet to show us, we might
never have realized that we could achieve flight. VISUAL: An airplane is
shown flying in the air. SPEAKER: We even copied the birds and put wings on
our airplanes. Now if you can fly in the air, it stands to reason that you
can eventually fly into outer space. VISUAL: A space shuttle is shown flying
in space. SPEAKER: And when you do, you are on your way to discovering new
horizons. So our creator left us a clue: birds. And incase we are dunces, we
were provided with millions of birds so they won't be overlooked.
VISUAL: We are now returned to the Starship resting at the edge of the
miniature universe. The Starship proceeds forward, moving slowly. It enters
the miniature universe. As it journeys through the miniature universe it
passes by planets, Suns, solar systems and galaxies. As it travels the
Speaker narrates.
SPEAKER: How many miniature universes are there? God's plan provides for
infinite miniature universes. Imagine the inhabitants of each miniature
universe building a miniature universe of their own. The result would be a
chain of miniature universes which get progressively smaller and smaller.
And smaller and smaller the universes go, by the millions, to infinity. Time
is the major factor, the variable by which all things are made possible. It
takes time to build a universe, time for life to develop, time for intelligent
life to conquer the environment, time for developed beings to uncover the
mysteries of the universe and to ultimately build a small-scale universe of
their own. So if they could look upon their miniature universe after
sufficient time had passed they could say, there stands not only one
universe, but perhaps thousands and mabe millions of universes spanning
their way smaller and smaller as they go. Endless forms of life have been
created because of their work in building it.
VISUAL: The Starship traveling through the miniature universe is now
entering a tiny micro-miniature universe which is under construction. The
people working on the miniature universe look normal size when seen from
the Starship. Then the camera moves out of the Starship bridge into space
and it is incredible how tiny they really are when compared to the size of
the Starship.
SPEAKER: Think of the construction of miniature universes as advanced
technology which mankind here on earth will one day undertake. It is our
destiny to continue the chain of miniature universes, of which we are a
part, that began in the Genesis Universes, by the Commandment of the

Almighty God. What sounds impossible today is tomorrows reality. Even
miniature planets and people. But first we must conquer space and chart
the galaxies. Perhaps then we will be ready to build miniature universes.
VISUAL: Return to the Universe.
SPEAKER: If while living in our own universe, we can comprehend the idea,
that from our point of view, universes span smaller and universes span
larger. Our planet, solar system and galaxy are part of an infinite and ever
expanding system of man-made miniature universes, as God has planned it to
be, and all this immensity functions under the watchful eye of God's
Supreme Being, through the tireless efforts of God's Workers. This principle
is the framework of God's Plan for Creation.
VISUAL: We are above the earth. Then the scene changes to an old telephone
switchboard room where operators are routing telephone calls.
SPEAKER: An example of advanced technology that was never foreseen or
even imagined, reminds me of a television commercial a few years ago where
the announcer says. Ten years ago no one ever heard of Fibre Optics, and
today it's a reality. Eight million telephone conversations going across one
wire with a diameter smaller than that of a human hair. Hard to believe isn't
it? Alexander Gram Bell, the inventor of the telephone could never have
imagined such technology.
VISUAL: The earth is shown in space.
SPEAKER: Man's ability to create, invent and discover new scientific
horizons is unlimited, as God meant it to be. Building miniature universes
only sounds hard. Advanced civilizations who are lightyears ahead of us in
technology and scientific achievement will tell you there is really nothing
to it once you get the hang of it. Isn't that what we would tell the
inhabitants of earth who lived here one thousand years ago about our
technology and scientific achievement. It only seems impossible when you
don't know how to do it or are not advanced enough to understand it.
VISUAL: Shown are scenes of a man from the year 1000 A.D.. As the Speaker
talks the man from 1000 A.D. is witnessing such things as, a television, a
computer, a jet airplane, satellites orbiting the earth, an automobile, a
nuclear explosion, a telephone, and a space probe near Jupiter.
SPEAKER: How would a man from the year 1000 A.D. react to such things as: a
television, a computer, a telephone, satellites that orbit the earth and
send back pictures and information, jet airplanes, automobiles, nuclear
energy, the concept of our space probes sending back pictures from space
of planets, moons, asteroids, comets, --astronauts visiting the moon, a
space walk. Even something as simple as a cassette player, which records
the human voice and plays it back would seem fantastic and stupefying to
the primitive man of 1000 A.D., yet these are every day occurrences that
are part of our life. To the man of 1000 A.D. we would seem as Gods who can
perform miracles because of our advanced technology. And to us, the
concept of building a miniature universe is beyond our comprehension. Yet

it is a reality that mankind must encounter one day, as God has Willed it to
be.
VISUAL: Astronauts are seen boarding a spaceship. Then traveling into
space. They journey past planets and through galaxies. They leave this
universe and pass into other universes where planets are enormous in size.
As they pass through universes planets get bigger and bigger. Then finally
they gain sight of God's Supreme Being. In the next scene they are back home
on earth.
SPEAKER: We will now take a trip beyond time and space. If astronauts
departed in a spacecraft today, leaving the earth and traveling in a
straight line direction, eventually they would reach the end of this man
made universe. Since man builds his miniature universes in space, when
their spacecraft reached the end of this universe it would pass into a
larger universe. The universe of those who built this universe. Distances
would become enormous and planets gigantic. But if they kept on going in
one direction they would eventually reach the end of that universe also.
Then they would enter a gigantic universe. Themselves and their spacecraft
would be only a speck in this universe. If they could continue on through
infinity and eternity, they would eventually reach the Genesis Universe
that spawned this chain of universes and they might even get a look at
God's Supreme Being, who would have the power to return them and their
spacecraft to their original planet and universe as a reward for their
journey. Although all physical space is vast, there is no amount of physical
space that can contain infinities of universes. Think of the size of one
universe and the amount of physical space that it would require to contain
it. To build or create infinities of universes would require so much space,
that, that much space could not exist. So God has devised his plan for
creation which allows the physical space for one universe to be ample for
the construction of infinite numbers of universes. They simply span down
into the infinity of smallness, getting smaller and smaller as they go.
VISUAL: Shown on the ceiling are all nine planets of our solar system.
SPEAKER: Now let's take a look at how our own solar system may have came
into existence. PLANET SELECTION: The builder selected a medium to small
size Sun and nine planets to orbit it. Let's examine the builders choice of
planets and see how creative they were. As we look at each planet of our
solar system and thoroughly examine it, consider if these would be your
choices if you had thousands of different planets to chose from. The
planets of our solar system are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter,
Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
VISUAL: Shown is a man of the future in a complex computer room with 50 tiny
television screens before him and each screen has a different type of
planet on it. On the walls of the room are maps of solar systems and
galaxies. It is obvious that this room is for planning the layouts of solar
systems. In glass enclosures about the room are tiny humans, tiny animals
and tiny creatures with a sign above each enclosure saying "Samples".

SPEAKER: Let's pretend it's twenty five million years from now. You are an
architect and designer or solar systems. You also have a Science and
Engineering degree in the planetary sciences. Your boss has instructed you
to design a solar system with one life supporting planet, eight
supplementary planets and a medium size Sun. You examine your computer
programs and diagrams that list over 6 million types of manufactured
planets, 800, 000 types of manufactured Suns, and layouts for over 90
million solar system arrangements. You must decide how you will design this
particular solar system. You may even create something entirely new
instead of using a stock solar system design. Planets, Suns, asteroids,
space dust, etc. can be purchased from manufacturers on various planets in
our own galaxy. It takes six years for delivery. Miniature humans, animals,
insects and other creatures can be purchased from numerous hatcheries
that are capable of producing them. Your computer programs list 13,000
species of miniature humans that have been produced through advanced
Genetics. Over two billion species of animals, insects and other creatures
are listed which are manufactured in numerous miniature animal hatcheries.
VISUAL: The planet Mercury is shown on a computer screen and its
characteristics are listed below it. The size, gravitation field, style of
planet, heat tolerance, atmosphere make-up, manufacturer, delivery time,
and a plenitude of other information is listed.
SPEAKER: The first planet considered is Mercury. Its characteristics show
that it is a gaseous planet that can withstand a great deal of heat. It will
be placed closest to the Sun. You scan through other planets in your
computer and come up with the planet Venus. Its characteristics are shown
below it. It has beauty and can tolerate high temperatures. VISUAL: A planet
simular to earth is shown on the computer screen. SPEAKER: The next choice
will be more difficult. It is the life supporting planet of the solar system.
If the planet is large it will accommodate vast numbers of civilizations. But
this could result in many wars and much human suffering. The larger the
planets size the more people it will accommodate and the more human
conflicts there will be. In designing this planet you are taking into
consideration God's Workers and the problems they will have, as they will
visit this planet periodically as God gave them the ability to do. You know
that they exist because you have a copy of their book (sold in the lobby)
which has been passed down through the generations and became the
catalyst for the construction of miniature universes, an industry in which
you earn your living. You also have copies of the video tapes that were
passed down which show documented proof of the miracles which occurred
here on earth 25 million years ago, around the year 1994 when one of God's
Workers came down on earth to end wars, poverty and human suffering.
VISUAL: Different size life supporting planets are shown on a computer
screen.
SPEAKER: In selecting the life supporting planet, its size is an important
consideration. VISUAL: Shown on the computer screen next are descriptions
of life supporting planets. Various styles of planets are shown with their
detailed lists entailing everything the planet consists of.

Maybe it is decided to start the planet off with four species of humans.
VISUAL: Twenty different types of humans are shown under a glass
enclosure. An Oriental, a Caucasian, a Negro and a Mexican are chosen. They
look similar but their color is different. An Adam and Eve of each type will
be needed. You decide that a moon should orbit the earth that will effect
the ocean tides. VISUAL: The moon is shown from the earth. SPEAKER: The
moon will be visible from the earth and will give man incentive to conquer
space and reach it. In order to show man that air is not just to breathe,
that he can fly in it, the planet will contain flying birds and insects. Once
man learns to build airplanes he will attempt to conquer space and reach
the moon. Every detail in the development of man is considered in selecting
the right planet. VISUAL: Mars is shown on the computer screen.
Going on to the next planet of the solar system you are intrigued by a tiny
red planet, Mars. Mars is colorful and interesting. It has beautiful canyons
and deserts. Travelers from earth will certainly want to stop at this place.
No solar system would be complete without beauty and mystery. So Saturn
with its moons and beautiful ring and Jupiter with its breathtaking colors
are included. And to stretch the imagination and give man incentive to
travel further out you put Neptune and Pluto at the far end of the solar
system.
And this is how our solar system was built. If they can do it, 50 can we. As
God has planned it to be.
VISUAL: Return to the Universe.
SPEAKER: How is man to learn about God's creation? Since mans early
beginnings here on earth he has had no idea how or why his planet, solar
system and universe came into existence. Without knowing the answers to
these questions man has devised many possibilities. The scientists
explanation is the big bang and that man evolved from apes. Religious
peoples explanation is that God willed it into existence. No matter how
intelligent a race of beings becomes, or how much knowledge they might have
amassed, it is virtually impossible for them to comprehend and discover on
their own the concepts contained in God's "Plan of Creation". Because of the
very nature of these principles, being intangible, unseen and invisible, the
only way this information could be ascertained is through God's Workers.
And because it is impossible for man to learn these principles on his own, it
is God's wish that the inhabitants of all the universes be informed about
his plan of creation. Otherwise how is man to know to build miniature
universes. In time, the inhabitants of each planet, in each galaxy of every
universe will learn about God's creation. Each and every planet must be
informed. The planet earth is no exception. God's Workers are now stationed
above the earth to relate this information to you.
VISUAL: Return to the Universe.
SPEAKER: As we look out into the universe and ponder the enormity of its
size and the life it must contain, let us also ponder the fact that this
story you are now watching has been presented trillions of times, on
trillions of planets. It is a story that has been seen by quadrillions of
people. There is hardly a planet of beings who are not now aware of God's
Plan of Creation. These principles are widely known. As humans build more

and more miniature universes, more of God's Workers must be born to
overlook those universes, to help humans evolve. And each planet that man
constructs and stocks with human life, those humans must ultimately learn
through the efforts of God's Workers, about the principles contained in
God's creation. And on how many more planets will this story be told. On
infinite numbers of planets. There are three entities that have no end.
Time, space and the tireless efforts of God's Workers.

SPEAKER: After the death of Jesus Christ, God's Workers left our planet.
VISUAL: The earth is shown from space with God's Workers above it.
SPEAKER: God's Workers returned to earth in the late Eighteen-Hundreds, to
find that in 1,900 years the inhabitants of earth had hardly advanced in
technology.
VISUAL: A. horses, wagons and buggies are seen on a dirt street. B. In a log
cabin a lantern is used for light and a pioneer woman is cooking with a wood
stove.
SPEAKER: Horses, buggies and wagons were the major form of
transportation, except for trains. Gas lanterns were used for light, and
cooking and heating was mostly done with wood or coal. God's Workers
decided to turn this backward human society into a highly technological
society.
VISUAL: Thomas Edison is shown tinkering with an invention.
SPEAKER: God's Workers picked Thomas Edison to be the recipient of
information. Check the personal writings and memoirs of Thomas Edison and
you will find notations such as: "One doesn't have to think to get inspired.
Ideas seem to come as though carried on the wind". The wizard on Menlo Park,
as Edison was called, was no wizard at all, but instead the recipient of
information and ideas which came directly from God's Workers.
VISUAL: Henry Ford is shown working on an automobile engine, Alexander Gram
Bell is working with his telephone, and other inventors of that day are
shown working on their invention.
SPEAKER: Edison's inventive achievements inspired others to invention and
those who were not inspired by Edison, but who were capable inventors,
were inspired by God's Workers.
VISUAL: Todays automobiles, telephone, airplanes and satellites are shown.
SPEAKER: This giant leap from a crude society to today's modern technology
was setting the scene for the events which are now taking place and are
the goals of God's Workers.
VISUAL: Humans are shown building a miniature universe.
SPEAKER: This book tells the future of mankind, when the inhabitants of
earth will one day build miniature universes. It also tells about present
time on earth.

SPEAKER: It is the intention of God's Workers to end wars, poverty and
human suffering here on earth.

SPEAKER: God's Workers have been endowed, by the Almighty God, with
infinite powers and abilities. Although they can perform many miracles,
there is one miracle that they cannot perform. They cannot provide a
miracle that will bring an end to wars, poverty and human suffering on a
planet. In order to accomplish this feat, one of God's Workers must be born
on the planet and live one lifetime as a human being. And during the course
of that lifetime, introduce a World Peace Plan that Nations will agree to,
and establish a World Government that maintains World Peace. Through this
method wars are ended on a planet. In order to end worldwide poverty, which
is responsible for much human suffering, Economic Principles and Methods
must be introduced that can uplift the world's impoverished economies and
turn them into prosperous middle class economies.
VISUAL: Shown are modern tract homes and shopping malls. The elements of a
middle class lifestyle are shown.
SPEAKER: The economic principles that God's Workers introduce will provide
a lifestyle that is befitting for all of humanity in the eyes of God. God
despises human suffering. That is why God has devised a plan which
incorporates a system where man is looked after during his development
period. This is the function of God's Workers. Before they leave this planet,
God's Workers will have transformed the world's economies into booming,
prosperous economies, and poverty, starvation, disease and the cruel
suffering which poverty imposes will be ended.
VISUAL: God's Workers are shown stationed above the earth.
SPEAKER: And now we will see how one of God's Workers was born here on
earth and lives as a human being.
VISUAL: Scenes of World War 2 are shown.
SPEAKER: In 1941 World War 2 was beginning. Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo had
intentions of conquering and enslaving the world. They envisioned
themselves as world dictators. Hitler had laid his plans for the Master
Race that would lead to the extermination of 6 million Jews in
concentration camps. Japan's military forces conquered country after
country in their quest for power and hunger for aggression.
VISUAL: Horrible poverty is shown.
SPEAKER: Horrible poverty existed in underdeveloped countries and other
parts of the world. Human life had little value and there was little human
dignity to be found.
VISUAL: God's Workers are shown above the earth.
SPEAKER: Troubled by the condition of the world, God's Workers decide that
one of their own will have to be born on earth, and will live one lifetime as
a human being, in an effort to end poverty and human suffering on this
troubled planet. One month before the bombing of Pearl Harbor this birth
took place.
VISUAL: A baby is shown in a crib in a bedroom.
SPEAKER: On November 7, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio, Ida and Morris Wollner gave
birth to a baby boy who they named Robert. Unknown to them, their new born

baby was one of God's Workers.
VISUAL: A 7 year old boy is shown playing in his room.
SPEAKER: Robert lived a normal childhood without having any understanding
of who he was or what his mission here on earth was. Years later his
parents separated. Him, his sister and his mother moved to Los Angeles,
California.
VISUAL: The boy is older now and in High School.
SPEAKER: Robert attended Jr. High School and then High School.
VISUAL: The boy is on a ship in a Navy uniform.
SPEAKER: After High School he joined the Navy.
VISUAL: The boy looks older now and is in civilian clothes.
SPEAKER: At age 21 when he was discharged from the Navy Robert still had
no idea who he really was.
SPEAKER: Then traits of the past began to emerge.
VISUAL: Robert is sitting with friends in a living room.
SPEAKER: When Robert was 22 years old, one evening he was enjoying the
company of some friends. Without thinking or even knowing why he did it, he
blurted out, (Robert speaks) I'm here on earth for a certain purpose, but I
don't know what it is. His friends paid no attention to his outburst.
VISUAL: Robert is in painting clothes at a City Park.
SPEAKER: Robert became a self employed house painter and worked for
himself. A year later, after the outburst with his friends, another episode
occurred. Robert took time off from his painting work one afternoon and
stopped at a local City Park to rest and enjoy the view. VISUAL: Robert's
arms are stretched out in the air. SPEAKER: The wind was blowing and he
stretched his arms out in the air, like airplane wings, to feel the wind
blowing over them. At that moment he had the overwhelming feeling that
flying was easier then walking, and that looking down on planets was more
natural then being on one. He didn't understand these feelings and
disregarded them.
VISUAL: The outside of an Apartment Building is shown.
SPEAKER: Two years later he would experience his first episode with God's
Workers from above. Up until the age of twenty five years, Robert was
pretty much the average guy, living the average life. Then something
happened that changed his life and influenced his destiny up to the present
time. He began receiving information transmitted to him through his
subconscious mind. By telepathy or mind communication God's Workers began
sending down information that would influence and direct the life of Robert
Wollner.
VISUAL: The scene is inside an apartment, as described by the speaker.
SPEAKER: Going back twenty eight years ago. Robert's first encounter with
transmissions from above was quite a frightening experience. It was 2:00
A.M. in the morning on a February night in 1964 at Van Nuys, California. He

had awakened from a deep sleep to get something to eat. After eating he
went into the livingroom of his apartment to rest for a while before
returning to bed. Then it happened! Information began to flow from his
subconscious into his conscious mind, describing to him how the
subconscious minds of the universe communicate with each other on a
regular basis through transmitted thoughts. It dominated his thoughts,
repeating itself over and over until finally he wrote it down on paper. Then
it stopped completely, nothing further was revealed. Robert thought he
must have entered the "Twilight Zone". Frightened by the content of the
information he had received and the manner in which he had received it, he
stashed his writings in the closet and then hurriedly left his apartment,
uncertain if he should ever return. It was late at night and it was spooky.
He decided to stay in a motel for the night. The next day he returned to his
apartment, retrieved his notes and took them to the public park where he
could read in the safety of a crown. He was frightened at the prospect of
being alone.
As time passed he received more information. The information was sent down
in bits and pieces, with each new bit becoming a new piece to the puzzle. It
has taken twenty eight years for this story to be sent down to earth. God's
Workers have their own method of dispensing information. They do not
reveal the secret of their existence until they are ready to do so. In order
for Robert Wollner to succeed on this planet God's Workers sent down
multitudes of ideas. The transmitted information didn't stop coming.
VISUAL: An office is shown with Robert sitting behind the desk writing.
SPEAKER: Over the past 28 years, Robert Wollner has received two different
kinds of information. The first having a determination all its own,
continually rehashed in the mind over and over until finally written down on
paper, then once written down, mysteriously and instantaneously
disappearing. The second kind of information received worked differently. It
had to be written down on paper immediately, as it dissipated rapidly upon
entering the conscious mind. This information consisted of inventions, new
products, new games and concepts for new types of businesses. God's
Workers had sent down multitudes of marketable inventions and ideas.
VISUAL: Shows Robert driving a car with pen and paper on the seat.
SPEAKER: For many years Robert was never without a pen and a writing pad
by his side as an idea or invention could come at anytime and he wanted to
always be ready. VISUAL: Shows Robert waking up at night and writing with
the pen and paper he kept next to his bed. SPEAKER: Sometimes Robert would
be awakened in the middle of a night's sleep and his head would be filled with
ideas and illustrations.
VISUAL: Shows a file cabinet with the drawers open and full of files.
SPEAKER: Robert, in fact, had received and written down so many ideas over
the years that his four-drawer metal file cabinet was filled to overflowing
with unique and unusual ideas, inventions and creations.
VISUAL: Back to the office scene with Robert sitting behind the desk.
SPEAKER: Unfortunately he was never able to finance the manufacturing or
marketing of any of these ideas. He seemed better at creating the ideas and
inventions then marketing them. He believed himself to be the world's
greatest thinker. It was God's Workers who were sending the ideas but he

had no way of knowing this, so he took credit for the inspirations. Also, he
was inadequate as a worker. God's Workers didn't wish Robert to be an
employed person who earns a living. They didn't want an employer to benefit
with multitudes of ideas they might send Robert to help him with his job.
God's Workers wanted Robert to work on their projects that would lead to
the ending of wars, poverty and human suffering here on earth.
Robert's efforts to find a suitable partner or investor to help him
manufacture and market the multitudes of inventions and ideas God's
Workers had sent him failed repeatedly, and he finally gave up trying. God's
Workers quit sending the ideas since Robert was unsuccessful at marketing
them, and because he already had more than any one human being could use.
Had Robert found the right partner or investor to finance his ideas, he
would be a billionaire today.
VISUAL: God's Workers are shown above the earth. Waves of energy are
shown flowing to Robert in the office below on earth.
SPEAKER: Years later God's Workers informed Robert what the reason was
behind all these innovative ideas and inventions. He was to market them,
become wealthy from their success, then use the money for political
purposes. VISUAL: Robert is seen as a Mayor, then State Senator, then a
Governor, then in the White House as President of the United States.
SPEAKER: God's Workers expected Robert to work his way up the political
latter. First becoming a Mayor, then a State Senator, then a Governor, then
President of the United States. VISUAL: God's Workers are shown
communicating with Robert as President in the White House. SPEAKER: And as
President, God's Workers would instruct and guide Robert to accomplish
their goals of ending wars, by establishing a World Government, of ending
poverty in the world by introducing economic principles and methods that
would turn the world's economies into booming, thriving, prosperous
economies, and he would end human suffering throughout the earth with the
solutions that God's Workers would send down.
VISUAL: Back to the scene at the office with Robert sitting behind the desk.
SPEAKER: But God's Workers aspirations diminished because Robert was
unable to market their ideas. Instead Robert lived a life of poverty and
hardship and God's Workers were unable to help him. VISUAL: Shows an older
Robert. He looks depressed. SPEAKER: Robert is now 50 years old with little
hope of ending wars, poverty and human suffering on this planet.
VISUAL: Shows God's Workers massing above the earth.
SPEAKER: Because of Roberts continual failure, God's Workers have been
massing above the earth. Originally around 200 of God's Workers came to
earth. At present there are between 10,000 and 100,000 of God's Workers
stationed above the earth. They are deliberating about what will be done
with the planet earth, where humans cannot live in harmony, where poverty
abounds, and wars are a solution for resolving differences. With so much
strife on one planet it is unlikely that God's Workers will leave this planet
unsuccessful. Further on in the story you will learn about the miracles and
the actions that God's Workers have decided to take in order to accomplish
their goals here on earth.

SPEAKER: Robert tried to end poverty but no one listened. God's Workers had
sent down a book which contained Economic Principles that can end poverty.
They instructed Robert to contact the countries of the world and offer to
introduce these principles into their economy. He mailed literature to the
leaders of over 80 countries. Many were highly impoverished countries. Yet,
not one reply did he receive. The literature consisted of an offer for
Robert to go to their country at his own expense and provide an economic
plan that would end poverty.
The governments of these countries, and every other country in the world
are indifferent to the poverty that exists around them.
VISUAL: Urban poverty in slums is shown.
SPEAKER: Robert then decided to do something about the poverty that
existed in American cities. Many cities have poverty, unemployment, slums,
dilapidated housing, drugs, crime and low standards of living. These
conditions cause much human suffering. VISUAL: Robert is seen in his office
mailing out literature. SPEAKER: Robert corresponded with literature to
the Mayors of over 80 cities, requesting to provide an economic agenda
that could reduce or eliminate these conditions. Yet, not one reply did he
receive. Once again, the Mayors were indifferent to the poverty that exists
around them. Which is OK. Worldwide poverty is not the problem of Mayors. It
is God's Workers problem.
VISUAL: Children are seen in rags walking the street begging.
SPEAKER: There are 100 million street children on earth who have no hope
without the help of God's Workers. Their plight is a global tragedy.
VISUAL: God's Workers are seen stationed above the earth.
SPEAKER: What will God's Workers do to help the suffering people of the
earth? God's Workers have eyes that can see all humanity. They bear
witness to the pain of 100 million street children and 4 billion impoverished
suffering people on earth. Because Robert failed, God's Workers will
intervene with miracles. Only through these means can God's Workers
achieve their goals on this planet.
SPEAKER: We will now learn about the miracles of God's Workers.
SPEAKER: Keep in mind as you watch this part of the program that God's
Workers have "infinite" powers. And they regularly communicate with "God's
Supreme Being", who also has infinite powers. And who knows, perhaps God's
Supreme Being communicates with "God" himself, who has unimaginable
powers.
VISUAL: Earth is shown from space.
SPEAKER: And now we have this tiny planet called "earth", where human
beings practice the butchery of war, while the world's leaders do nothing.
Poverty abounds with two-thirds of the world's population living in
horrible economic conditions. 100 million children are forced to walk the
streets, with no home and little food, while the rich flaunt their wealth and
governments spend billions to build and develop weapons of war, which will
take lives. And a thousand and one other atrocities exist amongst the ranks
of humans, such as child abuse, horrible prison conditions, crime and drug

addiction cause by poverty and low standards of living, violence and
unrest, and so forth. Someone might ask, why does God, the Supreme Being
and God's Workers care about what happens here on earth. Why be bothered
with the affairs of humans. To fully understand this we will see a short
story about a man and his 5 children.
VISUAL: A man and a woman are shown in a livingroom setting with 5 children.
SPEAKER: A man had five children. He earned only a moderate living. When his
children became older they left home to make it on their own. Over the
years the man was out of touch with his children. His business prospered
and he became a millionaire. VISUAL: Shows the man in a millionaire's office.
SPEAKER: Now he would go back to his children who he neglected all these
years and be generous with his wealth. VISUAL: Shows him going to a big home
in a rich neighborhood. SPEAKER: The first son he goes to visit has become a
doctor and is quite affluent. He tells his son about his millions and that he
wants to help him. The son thanks his father but says he doesn't need help,
he has all the money he needs. VISUAL: The man is seen going to another big
home in a middle class neighborhood. SPEAKER: The father then visits his
second son who has become a successful lawyer and has made lots of money.
He also tells the father that he doesn't need his help. The father then finds
his other children. VISUAL: He is seen going to a slum. SPEAKER: All three of
his other children are impoverished and living in a slum with their families.
Because of the father's love for his children he knows he must help them. He
buys them a home in a nice neighborhood, new cars, clothes and gives them
money 50 that their needs will all be taken care of.
VISUAL: The earth is seen from space.
SPEAKER: Now let me explain about God, and the Love of God. All the peoples
of earth are God's children. And just as the man in the story, God loves his
children. God looks down upon the earth and sees that two billion of his
children are doing just fine. They have a nice home and are prosperous and
happy in their middle class lifestyle. Then he looks down upon the other 4
billion of his children. He sees 100 million street children. He sees billions
of his children living in horrible poverty. He sees them dying and suffering
in wars. God sends his Workers forth to help his children who are in poverty
and suffering.
VISUAL: God's Workers are seen above the earth in multitudes.
SPEAKER: There are now between 10,000 and 100,000 of God's Workers
stationed above this planet who mean business about ending poverty, wars
and human suffering. Don't underestimate the seriousness of their
intentions.
Next you will learn about God's Love. Then we will explore the incredible
miracles that God's Workers will provide for the peoples of earth.
VISUAL: Return to the Universe.
SPEAKER: There is a love which exists that is so enormous that it emanates
throughout all creation. It is God's love for all living things. No greater
love exists. It is said that God's Supreme Beings are so filled with this
love that it radiates off of them, out into space. This incredible love is
passed on to God's Workers who look down on planets and experience great
sorrow, grief and pain when they witness the horrors and brutality that

man inflicts upon one another. This is why God's Workers work so hard to end
these atrocities on planets throughout creation. Humans on planets
throughout creation who have learned about this great love, have taken up
practicing its great rewards. They have learned to love. They are kind,
caring and loving people. On more evolved planets the humans have built
factories to manufacture synthetic food to feed all the animals on their
planet. They are the keepers of their planet. Wars and brutality would not
be tolerated there. The process of animal eating animal is only to continue
the species until man becomes wise enough and compassionate enough to
intervene. You may have seen on television wildlife programs, a Lion ripping
the flesh of a living animal such as a Gazelle or Deer. Do you believe that
animals don't feel. Their eyes express the fear and horror they are
experiencing.
VISUAL: Jesus Christ is shown speaking to a crowd.
SPEAKER: You may be wondering who Jesus Christ was. Jesus Christ was one
of God's Workers who was born here on earth 2000 years ago. The purpose of
his life was to bring a message to the inhabitants of earth of that time.
The message was to love their fellow man and to live in peace. He tried to
direct mankind away from what might be called the "Dark Side" of the human
species. Those are the characteristics that are responsible for wars,
murder, selfishness, greed, violence, aggression, hatred, indifference and
the cruelties that man perpetrates upon his fellow man. It now is 2000
years later and things are pretty much the same. There have been
technological advances, but man's "Dark Side" is still quite apparent.
VISUAL: God's Workers are shown above the earth in Jesus Christ's time.
SPEAKER: The purpose of God's Workers visit is the same as it was when
Jesus Christ lived here. End wars, poverty and human suffering. The
message will be stronger this time since God's Workers intend to perform
miracles that will have a lasting impression on the inhabitants of earth.
VISUAL: Robert is shown speaking. ROBERT: After living a lifetime with the
information that God's Workers have sent down to me, I can understand the
confusion that Jesus Christ must have encountered in his lifetime. Since
God's Workers could not inform Jesus Christ that he was one of them, and
this story you are now watching was not to be sent down to earth at that
time, Christ was left to guess who and what he really was. He may have
sincerely believed he was the son of God since no other explanation was
obvious. Christ died without knowing who he really was.
VISUAL: An ancient Temple is shown.
SPEAKER: What about Man and Religion? Since the beginning of mankind here
on earth, man has turned to religion to explain the unknown. VISUAL: An
electrical storm is shown. SPEAKER: Natural events such as erupting
volcanos, earthquakes, lightning, typhoons and other natural events have
been explained by earlier man as the doings of Gods. Angry Gods. VISUAL:
Animals are on an alter. SPEAKER: They sacrificed animals to appease the
Gods. Down through the years religion took root. VISUAL: People are shown
in religious robes. SPEAKER: Many forms of religion sprang up. Each claiming
that theirs was the true religion. No religion today is based of fact. That's
why it's called faith. You must have faith in your belief even though there
is no existing facts to support it.

VISUAL: Return to the Universe.
SPEAKER: Today, as before with earlier man, religion is an explanation for
the unknown. Man has no knowledge explaining how the earth and the
universe came into existence, so God is given credit. How could we have
ever imagined that humans like us, only infinitely more intelligent, are
responsible for our planet and the universe around it. Religion is an
invention of man. The real God does not wish to be worshiped or prayed to.
If you want to please him, help your fellow man. VISUAL: Shows religious
people helping the needy. SPEAKER: God loves those who help him help the
hungry and the needy. Buy gifts for suffering children who are blind,
crippled and diseased. Seek out the hopeless, the homeless and the
downhearted. Find the undernourished who are broken and in rags. Help them
and the real God will honor you. Consider their circumstances as though
they could be your circumstances. Say kind and pleasant things to others,
be they true or not. Compliment ugliness, offer a smile for others. God's
Workers bring the message from God that man does not need religion. There
is no one, or nothing beyond the earth that is requesting your worship.

SPEAKER: On a day in the near future God's Workers will perform miracles
that will astound the inhabitants of earth. When the day arrives that God's
Workers are ready to perform these miracles, you will hear on National
Television that the story you are now watching will be aired on worldwide
television, on the Sunday that follows the announcement. The television
presentation will consist of two halves. The first half entails the material
we have already seen here in the Planetarium. The second half (which will
now be shown) is an agenda of the miracles which are forthcoming. And two
miracles will be performed right in the television studio.
SUNDAY FOLLOWING THE TELEVISED ANNOUNCEMENT
The program is aired on worldwide television.
VISUAL: Robert is seen in a television studio.
VISUAL: The first half of the program which we are now watching in the
Planetarium is aired on worldwide television.
After it concludes.
VISUAL: The camera is on Robert. He speaks to the television audience.
ROBERT: God's Workers will now perform their first miracle. A bright white
light appears in the television studio. As the light diminishes the figure of
a man is seen. When the camera moves in for a closer look it becomes
apparent who it is. It is John F. Kennedy, returned from the dead. President
Kennedy is asked to take a seat while the show continues. Robert explains
to President Kennedy that the reason God's Workers have restored him to
life is because he is needed to act as a spokesman for God's Workers.
If George Bush should win the 1992 presidential elections then President
Kennedy will replace George Bush as President of the United States. If Bill
Clinton should win the 1992 presidential elections then there will be two
Presidents who will share the White House. President Kennedy will be
involved with the miracles and endeavors of God's Workers.
In the past Robert Wollner has made many appeals to President Bush
requesting a Government Grant so that the efforts of God's Workers might

have a better chance of succeeding on this planet. President Bush has
adamantly ignored these requests. While the world went on suffering, as
God's Workers stood witness, President Bush showed no interest. God's
Workers do not forget, and they do not forgive. Not with so much suffering
on the earth. George Bush will be removed from office and shall be cast
down in human history.
VISUAL: President Kennedy and Robert are shown in the television studio.
ROBERT: Robert discusses the crime of murder. The television audience is
told that murder is a crime against God, and that all other crimes are
crimes against man. Robert tells President Kennedy that it is the desire of
God's Workers that every country in the world should build a National
Execution Center where murders will be promptly executed after having a
fair and just trial. A panel of judges may review the trial transcripts if
the accused so requests. If the judges find discrepancies in the trial then
a new trial can be ordered. If not then the accused will be transferred to
the National Execution Center where the Commandment of the almighty God
shall be carried out.
VISUAL: President Kennedy and Robert are shown again.
ROBERT: Robert tells the television audience about the "New World" that
God's Worker will provide. One week later at an announced time, an enormous
white light which is round in shape will dominate the night sky. When the
light diminishes a new planet will be visible from the earth. And every night
thereafter for an eternity the New World will be visible in the night sky.
The New World will follow the earth in its orbit around the Sun. It will be 5
times larger then the earth. A brand new world, untouched by man, without
pollution from man's presence, fully stocked with animals, sea life and
natural beauty. This is God's Workers gift to the inhabitants of earth. Any
night thereafter, should any person on earth look into the night sky, the
New World will be visible as a reminder that God's Workers once visited the
earth and left this planet behind.
VISUAL: President Kennedy and Robert are shown talking in the television
studio.
ROBERT: Robert informs the television audience that God's Workers will
perform another miracle right in the television studio. He states that
God's Workers are concerned about the damage, from pollution, that the
internal combustion engine is doing here on earth and that this method of
transportation is depleting our planets natural oil resources. Robert then
informs the audience that God's Workers will provide an automobile that
runs on a new engine principle which requires no fuel to operate.
VISUAL: Robert points his right hand and a brilliant white light appears in
the studio. As the light diminishes it is apparent that an automobile is
emerging. President Kennedy inquires how it operates. Robert says, there
is a manual in the glove compartment that shows detailed information and
pictures as to how to build such an engine in automobile manufacturing
plants.
VISUAL: President Kennedy and Robert are shown in the studio again.
ROBERT: Robert then informs the television audience that God's Workers will

provide man with the opportunity to look down on his own planet. On a day to
be announced in the near future, a bright light will appear just above the
earth. When the light diminishes the "City in Space" will be a reality. The
City in Space, which will be administered by President Kennedy's Office, is a
massive space platform just above the earth that will incorporate
technology that can support human life. Hotels, motels, restaurants, shops
and viewing areas will abound at the City in Space. VISUAL: A simulation of
the City in Space is shown. SPEAKER: Those who vacation at the City in
Space will witness breathtaking views of the earth, the moon, the New World
and the universe. While the New World is stationary in the sky, the City in
Space will orbit the earth. As a gift to mankind here on earth, when God's
Workers leave our planet and go on to the next planet to help the people
there, this City in Space will remain behind. When future generations of
earth visit the City in Space they will know that God, the Supreme Being and
God's Workers really do exist.
VISUAL: Return to the studio with Robert and President Kennedy.
ROBERT: Robert informs the television audience about the Starship and the
Teleporters that God's Workers will provide for mankind. In order for people
to journey to the New World and the City in Space, God's Workers will
provide Teleporters in selected cities. A Teleporter is a high-tech
transmitter of the future. Instead of transmitting energy, like television
or radio waves, the Teleporter transmits matter or physical objects. A
Teleporter was often seen in the television series Star Trek, where
Captain Kirk and crew members would beam down to the surface of a planet.
Or beam up. Television and Motion Picture science fiction often tells the
future. With God's Workers stationed above your planet the future is here
today.
VISUAL: The New World is seen from the City in Space.
SPEAKER: Persons wishing to visit the New World or the City in Space must
first obtain authorization from President Kennedy's office. Once
authorization is obtained they may proceed to a city where a Teleporter
exists and teleport to their destination. VISUAL: People are shown waiting
in line with their luggage to teleport up, while others are shown
teleporting down on a different teleporter. SPEAKER: Vacations to the City
in Space will most likely be available through travel agents. VISUAL:
Elementary School children are shown at school. SPEAKER: Because God
loves the children of the earth, and they are so special to him, Free, 3 day
vacations will be made available to Elementary School, Middle School and
High School classes for trips to the City in Space. VISUAL: Groups of
children are shown at the City in Space. Companies who lease hotel or motel
space through President Kennedy's office will be required to give free
rooms and meals to these students.
While visiting the Fun Park you may have seen the "Starship Tour". VISUAL:
The Starship at the Fun Park is shown. SPEAKER: The Starship is comparable,
but not identical, to a Starship that God's Workers will provide for mankind.
This will give astronauts the capability to travel in space. VISUAL: A fleet
of Sarships is shown. SPEAKER: And one day the inhabitants of earth will
duplicate the Starship and build fleets of Starships that will allow the
peoples of earth to expand their civilization into space and beyond. It is
the destiny of man to colonize space. To reach beyond the earth, establish
outposts and cities on other worlds. This Starship is a step in the right

ROBERT: Robert tells the television audience what will be done for World
Peace. God's Workers have come to earth to end wars. Under the direction of
President Kennedy, a "Sovereign Zone" will be built in or near the City of
Washington D.C.. The Sovereign Zone will be the seat for the World
Government. VISUAL: A foreign county's leader is shown on an airplane.
SPEAKER: Foreign leaders and representatives can fly in and fly out
without ever touching American soil. VISUAL: The foreign leader is shown at
a hotel. SPEAKER: The hotels, motels, shops and restaurants within the
Sovereign Zone will accommodate visitors who speak almost any language. It
will be a small city with its own airport. VISUAL: A diagram is shown of the
World Government with its branches. The World Government will consist of
three branches. The Bench of World Officials, the House of Nations and the
House of Leaders. The World Court System will assist countries with their
disputes, while the World Peacekeeping Forces will maintain peace in the
world. War and aggression will be forbidden. VISUAL: Military hardware is
shown. SPEAKER: All countries will be instructed to turn over all military
weapons and hardware to the World Peacekeeping Forces. Thereafter, no
country will be allowed to manufacture, store, or posses weapons of war.
This right lies solely with the World Peacekeeping Forces which is the
military branch of the World Government. VISUAL: Soldiers are shown.
SPEAKER: The World Peacekeeping Forces will establish a World National
Guard so that leaders of countries will have a military force available to
them. VISUAL: A flag is shown with the planet earth on it. SPEAKER: The World
Government will be called "The United Countries of Earth".
VISUAL: President's Nixon, Carter and Reagan are shown.
SPEAKER: Although not stated on television, three former presidents will be
recruited to join president Kennedy's staff. These presidents are Ronald
Reagan, Jimmy Carter and Richard Nixon. Since these men are now older, when
a meeting takes place between them, their wives and Robert Wollner, God's
Workers will transform them and make them younger. Their wives will also
benefit from this miracle. VISUAL: Richard Nixon is shown. SPEAKER: Richard
Nixon will be in charge of establishing World Peace. He will initiate the
building of the Sovereign Zone, implement the World Government, organize
the World Peacekeeping Forces and gather up all military weapons in the
world and stockpile them. VISUAL: Ronald Reagan is shown. SPEAKER:
Ronald Reagan will administer the New World, the City in Space, the
Starship, the Teleporters and the non-fuel vehicle that God's Workers sent

forthcoming and the documenting of miracles for history.

ROBERT: Robert tells the audience that the world's sick will be healed
through the miracles of God's Workers. By Time Zones the miracle will occur.
Starting with Pacific-Standard Time. Each hour a new Time Zone will witness
the miracle. VISUAL: People are seen in hospitals. SPEAKER: Throughout the
world millions are suffering and in despair. God's Workers are suffering

with them and can feel their pain. A special miracle will be provided that
will heal the multitudes. The sick, the insane, the blind, the crippled, the
deaf and diseased. Those with Aids, cancer, and a thousand other
afflictions, can look forward to the day when all will be restored to
perfect health. VISUAL: A crippled child is shown limping as he walks. A
bright light appears around him. The light diminishes and the child walks
normal. SPEAKER: Those with other ailments such as addictions to drugs,
alcohol, tobacco, overeating, etc. will be freed from addiction by this
miracle. God's Workers will intervene in further addiction. Crops such as
tobacco, coca, marijuana and other crops that are responsible for
addictions, will thereafter not grow in any soil on earth. Some afflictions
may vanish and never be seen again, such as Aids. Homosexuality will become
a thing of the past, Dwarfs will begin to grow, and miracles will abound as
the afflicted rise up to perfect health. For these are the times when God's
Workers have come to our planet and miracles are common place.

ROBERT: Robert tells the world audience how God's Workers will *** Remove,
Clean, and Restock the waters of the earth. ***
As incredible as it might sound, God's Workers intend to remove all the
waters from the surface of the earth. Drinking, bathing and cooking water
are a necessity of life. Enough water will remain for these necessities.
VISUAL: Oceans and lakes are seen disappearing. SPEAKER: Oceans, lakes, and
rivers will be drained almost instantaneously. The owners of boats and
ships who don't make prior preparations for the event may find their vessel
sitting on the bottom of the ocean or lake waiting for God's Workers to
refill the chasm. VISUAL: Television helicopter news teams are
photographing the ocean floor. SPEAKER: This miracle will give mankind the
opportunity to see and photograph the landscape which exists at the
bottom of the world's oceans and lakes. VISUAL: A shipwreck is seen with
people exploring it. SPEAKER: Shipwrecks undiscovered for centuries lying
at the bottom of the ocean will be visible. Their locations can be mapped
for future reference. Scientific teams can visit the shipwrecks during the
period the water is removed. The purpose of removing the water is to
repair the damage mankind has done. VISUAL: Sewage is shown going into the
ocean. SPEAKER: During his stay on this planet man has dumped his trash,
chemicals, wastes and pollution into the world's lakes, rivers and oceans.
Lakes and rivers flow into the oceans which have become a giant receptacle
for man's waste and discard. God's Workers will be busy cleaning and
restocking the waters that will be returned to the oceans, lakes and
rivers. And once returned, these waters will contain an abundance of life.
The oceans, lakes and rivers will be rich with life once again.

ROBERT: Robert tells the audience that God's Workers will *** Remove,
replenish and increase the animals of the earth ***
SPEAKER: For a period in the future the earth will be void of all animal life.
Birds, house pets, farm animals, ranch animals, forests, zoos or wherever
the animals exist the world over, God's Workers will gather them up. When
the animals are returned to the earth, they will be returned in great
numbers. The earth will be restocked with animal life. There will be many
surprises in store for mankind. Many new species of animals will be brought

onto the earth that man has never seen before. Some of the present animals
may be different. Farm animals may reproduce at a greater rate to provide
more food for humanity. Certain animals and insects that are harmful or a
pest to man will disappear forever. Such as the mosquito which carries
diseases like the plague, the house fly, rats, locust, and other
undesirables will vanish and never be seen again. After the miracle, through
the efforts of Jimmy Carter, laws will be established in the constitution of
the World Government. A covenant will thereafter exist between mankind and
God's Workers. Man shall not abuse, molest or destroy the animals of the
earth, nor bring them to suffer harm without a cogent reason. And that man
shall look after the animals of the earth who have not the intelligence to
care for themselves. Such cruelties as hunting animals for sport, using
animals for scientific research, caging them in zoos, killing them for profit,
such as to obtain ivory, will be abolished and unlawful. Man shall
understand his responsibility towards the animals and sea life of the
earth. And man shall not depleat, destroy and devastate the bounty of the
oceans by overfishing or for profit. And further, it shall be written in the
covenant, that the future inhabitants of earth will build factories that
produce nutritional food, made possible through advanced science, to feed
the animals of the earth. And they shall look after them as humans on other
planets have managed to do. The World Government shall be relied upon to
carry out the pledge.

ROBERT: Robert tells the television audience that God's Workers intend to
"Calibrate our Solar System".
Previously it was explained that humans like us are responsible for the
existence of our Solar System. And these humans are infinitely more
intelligent then we are. But still, they are humans and humans do make
mistakes. Manufacturing errors and defects, instrument calibration
mistakes, misjudgments in design. These can lead to anomalies in the
completed project. Should any mishaps exist in manufacture or construction
that went unnoticed, they would remain until God's Workers "Calibrate the
Solar System". Humans who build miniature universes rely on the fact that
God's Workers will "check their work" and correct mistakes. Once again, this
is God's method of watching over us. When humans finish building their
miniature universes, thereafter they become, God's Workers domain.
When God's Workers Calibrate our Solar System to ensure that all scientific
systems are working properly, the earth may be removed from the solar
system for a brief period. When the earth is returned there "may be" or "may
not be" changes. Additional planets could be added to the solar system.
These planets may be rich in ores, minerals and substances that man will
need to advance his race into the future. The earth's scientific systems
could be different. We may be nearer or farther from the Sun. Our planet
could travel faster or slower in its orbit around the Sun. The Sun could be
different. It could be larger or smaller or hotter or cooler. The speed at
which our planet rotates, causing day and night, could be altered. If the
planet turns slower the days will be longer and hotter. If it turns faster,
then shorter, cooler days will be in order. The seasons of Summer, Winter,
Spring and Fall could be longer or shorter, if the frequency at which the
earth tilts back and forth is revised. The moon, the New World and the City
in Space will still be with us and visible from earth. Contrary to what

people might think, these scientific calibrations that planets operate by
are not so perplexing and mysterious as one might suspect. It doesn't take
a God to do it.
We can be sure that the Ionosphere will be corrected, the Green House
Effect problem will be eliminated and that God's Workers will put all in its
proper scientific order. If nothing is changed then we can be sure that the
builders of our solar system did a pretty good job.

ROBERT: Robert informs the world audience that this will be the final
miracle disclosed. And that we will wait and see what miracles God's Workers
will provide beyond these. Before concluding we will see the methods
through which God's Workers will end poverty and human suffering in the
world. In order to end poverty in the world, the world's economies must be
transformed, so that they perform in a prosperous manner. The Economic
Principles and Methods offered by God's Workers will accomplish this.
VISUAL: Scenes from Bangladesh and Calcutta, India are shown where
unbearable poverty exists. The neighborhoods are broken down, and
dilapidated structures.
SPEAKER: In countries where cities are old, and the structures are
dilapidated and run down, these cities will be abandoned and destroyed.
Using concepts such as: Assembly Line Construction and the Printing Press
Bank, new cities will be built. These concepts will not be explained at this
time. God's Workers make use of many new concepts and methods that man has
never conceived of before. Man must not judge or question the methods of
God's Workers which have proven successful on many planets.
VISUAL: Shown is an entire city under construction. As far as the eye can
see construction is taking place. A helicopter flies over and it seems to
stretch for miles. Then modern Interstate Highways are shown being built.
SPEAKER: Utilizing the labor of millions, the world's largest construction
crew will be working on Assembly Line Construction projects. Assembly Line
Construction allows unskilled laborers to learn a simple construction task
in a construction school and then to perform that task over and over in an
assembly line fashion. Just as an automobile is assembled, construction
has been broken down into small construction tasks. This allows millions of
unskilled workers to build entire cities quickly. Through this method God's
Workers will build "Scientific Cities", with economies that function in a
scientific manner to ensure prosperity. God's Workers know Economic
Principles that can guarantee continual prosperity. Just as the ancient
Egyptian pharaohs built cities with the labor of tens of thousands, God's
Workers will build entire middle class nations with the labor of millions.
New middle class tract homes, modern schools, businesses, factories,
shopping centers, streets, highways and modern Interstates. Hundreds of
millions of impoverished people the world over will be dropped into a middle
class lifestyle
VISUAL: Shown are God's Workers coming to the earth in the future. As they

look down upon the planet earth they see a world with clean modern cities,
where wars are a thing of the past, crime is almost non-existent and people
are prosperous and happy. Then one of God's Workers thinks back in
retrospect to what the earth was like before their last visit, when wars
and poverty and human suffering were common place. God's Workers are then
seen traveling to the New World. They look down upon the New World and see
that man has made good use of their gift. Then they are seen traveling off
into space to other destinations.
