Events: men's singles; men's doubles; women's singles; mixed doubles II. Arrangement: 1. Men's singles adopt the system of elimination by two losses so as to afford the contestants more chances to play in the tourna- ment. By this system, the contestant who loses one match may continue to stay in the tournament, until he/she is eliminated by losing another match. In other words, a contestant will be eliminated only after losing two matches. 2. For men's doubles, a round robin in 3 groups will take place at the first stage. The first place winners of each of the 3 groups will contest for the first 3 places of the event at the second stage. 3. For women's singles & mixed doubles, the round robin system will be adopted. 4. For all these individual events, the system of 2-out-of-3 sets will be adopted. III. Participants are to be on time for their matches. Any one who is unable to do so for whatevér reason, should notify the International Club (Tel. 52-2064) one day in advance. IV.
