your arrival time, however, since they cannot wait at the terminal for long, they have requested that once
you have your bags and have made it through customs, please call them and they will be at the airport in
approx. 15 minutes.

We have arranged transportation with Kimber Cabs between Vancouver and Whistler on Wednesday,
September 16. Wolfgang will ride with you to Whistler and will not be leaving until the afternoon as we
have an Institute Board meeting until approximately 1:00 pm.
With regard to your return trip, we have booked with Kimber Cabs to pick you up on Sunday. They
indicate that if they pick you up around 10:00 am, they would have you back at the Vancouver airport for
approximately 12:00 noon for your flight.
