Approximate Time Schedule

leave the grounds (catering will be set up and left in the
press briefing room cafeteria)

Setup continues (caterer returns with lunch setup)
1130
Crew has official lunch break
1230

I can be more specific after Dorrance gets a better idea of the President's schedule
and we know when we're going to tape. We would look to come in the gate roughly
three (3) hours before taping would begin. Knockdown would be roughly 3-4 hours
to clear EVERYTHING from the grounds.
