Hindle (HINDLE) SUBJECT: RE: Future ESSG Meetings I've scheduled the ESSGs you requested on Admiral Howe's calendar for Thursday, May 14 from 11:00-12:00 in the Situation Room and Thursday, May 19 from 11:00-12:00 also in the Situation Room. I will begin making the calls. CH Tuesday CC: Betty A. Marshall < MARSHALL ) CC: Cathy Millison ( MILLISON ) NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL 22-Apr-1992 12:29 EDT UNCLASSIFIED MEMORANDUM FOR: Cynthia M. Hindle ( HINDLE ) Cathy Millison ( MILLISON ) FROM: Barry F. Lowenkron (LOWENKRON) SUBJECT: Future ESSG Meetings Cindy, could you please schedule two ESSG meetings? We want to aim for Thursday, May 14 (am) and Tuesday, May 19 (am or pm). The times are flexible, but we want to have them after Gompert and other members of the ESSG return from consultations in Eastern Europe. (The window is May 13-May 21). David raised the idea with the Admiral, who said he would be willing to chair them. We want to schedule these asap so we can minimize scheduling conflicts with the ESSG principals. Since these principals don't focus on the calendar unto late in the game, please ask your contacts to confirm the dates and times with them asap. We don't want to play musical chairs if we can avoid it. As before, it's by invitation only. Key participants: Zoellick, Shali, Reggie, Hadley. Overall topic: preparing for the Spring NATO Ministerials. CC: Betty A. Marshall ( MARSHALL )
