III TALKING POINTS
Prepared by Paul Theis
The RNC has suggested that the following talking points might be
incorporated into your remarks:
- the importance of state parties conducting registration or
voter identification programs in all states
- 1975 is one of the most important off-years in the history of
the Republican Party. Local Party organizations have a key
role in getting ready for the 1976 campaign.
- the new 1974 campaign law mandates a stronger working
relationship between candidates and party organizations
