Domestic Council Handling of Pending Mail
from Members of Congress--should check with
Congressional Office before sending any direct
replies to Members of Congress (see attached
instruction memo from Dr. Connor).
b)
Request by Steph Halper to some members of
the Domestic Council to report to him on various
substance matters--absolutely not to be done.
c)
Whoever sets up a meeting with the President
is also responsible for the follow-up action.
