The purpôse of our meeting will be to provide these individuals with a better perspective of the President and some of his major policies, programs and goals. It is anticipated that the meeting will last approximately 30-45 minutes. The specific purpose of this memo is to invite your participation in this meeting. I feel that your presence would add a great deal to the purpose and substance of the meeting. My secretary will call your office on Thursday to ascertain your availability for this meeting.
