Enacted april 2, 1948.
I. Reduction of interedual income takes
a apply rates to tavable income of apply a
reduction pencentage to arrive at tax payable
(Tab not over $400 - % is 17%
Over $400 hit not over 100, 000 plus 12%
Over $100 000-$2,020 plus 9.75%
Persona with incomes of 2,000 or less atta deductions

$2,000 to #136, 700 -12.6 first $2,000 + +7.4 most
