MY NAME IS BROOK BEECHER AND I AM A MEMBER OF NICAP IN
WASHINGTON D.C. WE ARE APPEALING FOR YOUR HELP CINCLEARING
UP THIS MYSTERY HEADED BY THE USAF. THE AIR FORCE EXPLAINS
AWAY SIGHTINGS ALOT OF TIMES WHEN THEY CANT BE. WHEN ONE OF
THIER OWN MEN SEES ONE THEY TELL THEM TO WRITE IT DOWN AND
KEEP QUIET A.F. REGULATIONS 2002A PAR.9 AND II TELLS THEM NOT
TO REVEAL CLASSIFIED UFO REPORTS OR TO DISCUSS IT TO THE
PUBLIC. LAST SUMMER ON AUG 3, PEOPLE ALL OVER THE STATES SAW

THEM AND THEY WERE TRACKED ON RADAR. THE AIR FORCE SAID IT
WAS JUPITER AND THE STAR RAGAL. IT SOON WAS FOUND OUT THAT
JUPITER AND RAGAL WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE EARTH AND TO
