Nothing is more second\nnature to the work of government and industry in\nthis country than the efficiency of the secretary.\nIt is most appropriate, therefore, that all across\nour country in every area of endeavor we set aside\nthe week of April 20 - 26 to honor the nation's\nsecretaries.\nCountless Americans daily express their understood\ntrust in their secretaries. We charge them with\nmany vital details, on which much of our success\ndepends.
