I\nHAVE FOUND THAT WHEN YOUR BODY IS TRIM, YOUR MIND IS IN\nTUNE. AND WHEN YOUR MIND IS IN TUNE, THE DAILY WORK\nYOU DO AND THE DAILY LIFE YOU LIVE IS ALWAYS MORE PRODUCTIVE\nAND MORE POSITIVE.\nAND LIFE IS ALSO A LOT MORE FUN.\n-3-\nAS CHARLTON HESTON POINTED OUT, OUR MOST\nPRECIOUS ASSET IS GOOD HEALTH.
