TODAY I TAKE PLEASURE IN SIGNING SPECIAL LEGISLATION THAT DESIGNATES OVER 25, 000 ACRES OF THE POINT REYES NATIONAL SEASHORE AS PART OF THE NATION'S WILDERNESS SYSTEM.
