FORD\nJohn Uneedecker, Sank Claus\nEvent:\nDiplomatic Children's Christmas Party\nDate/Time:\nWednesday, December 11, 1974\n4:30 p. m.\nPlace:\nState Floor\nNumber of\nAttendees:\n487 children from 89 countries\nSchedule of\nEvents:\n4:30 p.m.\nThe children will arrive through the\nSouthwest Gate and will be escorted\nthrough the Blue Room (around the\nChristmas tree) to the East Room where\nthey will be seated on the floor facing\nthe stage at the north end of the room.\nNOTE: There will be five clowns from the Almas Temple\nShrine Unit to amuse the children before the entertainment\nbegins.\n4:40 p.m.\nAs soon as all the children have been seated,\nyou will be escorted to the State Floor by\nNancy Lammerding.\nYou will enter the East Room through the\ncenter door, proceed to the microphone\nwhich will be located in front of the stage.\nYou will make brief welcoming remarks and\nintroduce the entertainment -- Amazing\nRandi, the magician.
