NOTICE TO THE PRESS
September 8, 1974
The President departed the White House at 12:40 p.m. for a Member-to-
Member Tournament at Burning Tree Country Club to play golf with
Melvin Laird; Lyle Mercer, Washington Attorney; Pat Flaningan, Washington
Attorney.
The President wore light brown slacks, yellow sports shirt, dark brown
sleeveless sweater, white hat and white shoes. Tee off was at 1:30 p.m.
