Sir:
I ask the Congress to consider a proposed supplemental
appropriation for the fiscal year 1975 in the amount of $253,500
for the Supreme Court.
This proposal is Bet forth in the enclosed letter from the Architect
of the Capitol, which was prepared at the direction of the Chief Justice
of the Supreme Court. As required by law (28 USC 605), this proposal is
being transmitted without change.
