for the Eastern District of Michigan, vice Stephen J. Roth, deceased.
H. Dale Cook, of Oklahoma, to be United States District Judge for
the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, vice Luther L.
Bohanon, retired.
Jack J. Valenti, of Texas, to be a Member of the Board of Directors
of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for the remainder of the term
expiring March 26, 1976, vice Irving Kristol.
Robert C. Seamans, Jr., of Massachusetts, to be Administrator of
