Signed three autographs in lobby on the way out. Two young women said they were teachers and president said, "What are you teachees doing up here? Having fun?" He got a kiss NX from the hostess who had walked them to the door, and he said, "We'll see you tomorrow n ght." Then asked, where "Where is Peppi?" Peppi was nowhere in sight so tie president 1 ft and went home. Mrs. Ford was weari g a long red velvet gown and a beaver coat with mink trim. The pr sident carried his wolf jacket over his arm. Was wearing do bled-breasted charcoal suit over a white turtleneck. beckman/dalton PS-Chick Harritt won the get-away pool and donated the $2.25 to the combo which entertained the pool during its gruelling assignment.
