Digitized from Box 9 of the White House Press Releases at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library
POOL REPORT
April 1, 1975 - A.M.
President departed residence at 9:15 am an hour later than schedule. Drove
to Thunderbird Country Club five minutes away for round of golf with
Fred C. Wilson, Leon Parma and Frank Jameson, described as a friend of
the President's for 10 years. Jameson is in "tool research" business.
Press Office didn't know name of firm but identified his partner as a Leo
Wyler.
At the entrance to the country club, pool was turned away as the President's
motorcade continued toward clubhouse. President's car trailed by a white
Lincoln labeled "spare car" which carried his golf clubs.
We were told that Ford began the day with a swim in one of the Wilson pools.
