Blaylock, of Perryville, Arkansas, to be United States Marshal for the Eastern District of Arkansas for a term of four years. He will succeed Lynn A. Davis who resigned effective January 17, 1975. Mr. Blaylock resides in Perryville, Arkansas. A biographical sketch is attached. # # # LEN E.
