NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President has filmed and recorded a 30 second and a 60
second Bicentennial message, which will be available for use
at any time after 5 p.m. The TV networks will be making
the film available to their affiliates and to other TV news services
today. TV stations which do not have network or other TV
service should contact the office of the President's Television
Advisor, Robert Mead, Old Executive Office Building, Washington,
D.C. 20500. Phone 456-1414. Radio networks and radio news
services will be feeding audio versions of the message to their
clients today. Those who do not have such services should contact
Robert Mead's office.
