NOTICE\ TO THE PRESS
Thursday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m. President and Mrs. Ford will attend a
private dinner at the Fitzhugh Scott residence, with the following White House
guests: General Brent Scowcroft, Alan Greenspan, Mr. and Mrs. Richard
Cheney, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Nessen.
There will be no travel pool, the President and Mrs. Ford will walk to the
Scott residence.
Friday, August 22, the President will play golf at the Eagle Vail Golf Course.
Tee off time will be 12:15 p.m. Travel pool should assemble at 12:00 noon.
It is expected the President's foursome will include Bud Palmer, TV sports
announcer; Bob Wolfe, Vail Golf Pro; and Tom Apple, Eagle Golf Pro.
