NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE ON SEPTEMBER 24, 1975:
Thomas Byron Crawford Leddy, of Virginia, to be United States
Alternate Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund for a
term of two years, vice Charles R. Harley, term expired.
Edward Alan Miller, of Massachusetts, to be an Assistant
Secretary of the Army, vice Norman R. Augustine, elevated.
Milton L. Luger, of New York, to be Assistant Administrator of
Law Enforcement Assistance. (New position, Public Law 93-415,
September 7, 1974)
Ralph G. Thompson, of Oklahoma, to be United States District
Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma, vice Stephen S. Chandler,
retiring.
