NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President will address the New England Council at its 51st annual
conference at 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Sheraton-Boston Hotel in Boston.
The speech will be open for press coverage.
The Council was organized in 1925 by the Governors of the six New
England States to develop the region and its resources.
