The President has accepted the resignation of Charles R.
Work as Deputy Administrator for the Administration of the
Law Enforcement Assistance Administration effective
November 21, 1975. (POSTING, DECEMBER 3, 1975)
2.
Intention to nominate William J. Porter, of Massachusetts,
to be Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He will
succeed James E. Akins who has resigned. Since March
1974, Ambassador Porter has been Ambassador to Canada.
