The Speaker of the
House of Representatives
Sir:
I ask the Congress to consider requests for supplemental
appropriations for fiscal year 1976 in the amount of $6,000,000
and for the transition quarter in the amount of $1,500,000 for
the legislative branch.
The details of these proposals are set forth in the enclosed
letter from the Public Printer of the Government Printing Office
and the attached appropriation language. As required by law, these
requests are submitted without change.
