J. Res. 184. - to make amendments to the Regional\nRail Reorganization Act relating to the issuance and distribution of stocks by\nthe Consolidated Rail Corporation, its state of incorporation and the avail-\nability of employee protection benefits.\nThe President has signed S. 1545 Peanut allotment transfers. This bill\nprovides for the transfer of peanut allotments in the event of a natural disaster.\nThe President has signed H. R. 4034 the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial - designating\na new Veterans Administration hospital in Loma Linda, California, as the\nJerry L. Pettis Memorial Hospital and to authorize the Veterans Administration\nto provide a suitable memorial.\nThe President has signed an amendment to the original declaration disaster\nfor the state of Michigan of March 19, 1976, to include damage caused by\ntornadoes which o ccurred on March 20, 1976.\n# # #"
