Sir:
I ask the Congress to consider, for the legislative
branch, fiscal year 1976 supplemental appropriations, and
amendments to 1977 appropriations requested in the 1977
budget. Budget authority requests total $531,000 for
fiscal year 1976, and $1,374,000 in new budget authority
and $494,000 in reappropriations for fiscal year 1977.
The details of these proposals are set forth in the
enclosed letters from the Architect of the Capitol and
the Public Printer and the attachments. As required by
law these requests are submitted without change.
