NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President has accepted the resignation of Robert A. Goldwin as Special
Consultant to the President effective October 30, 1976. He was appointed
on December 16, 1974.
Mr. Goldwin has accepted an appointment to the American Enterprise Institute
for Public Policy Research as Resident Scholar and Director of Seminar
Programs.
There is no successor to announce at this time.
The President has accepted the resignation of Arthur Z. Gardiner, Jr., as
Assistant Administrator of the Agency for International Development for the
Asia Bureau effective October 1, 1976. He was appointed on March 25, 1975.
Mr. Gardiner is returning to the private practice of law.
There is no successor to announce at this time.
The President has accepted the resignation of John W. Warner as Administrator
of the American Revolution Bicentennial Administration effective September 30, 1976.
He was appointed on April 9, 1974.
There is no successor to announce at this time.
