NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The Vice President has invited the members of the White House Press Corps
traveling to New York to a buffet dinner this evening at the Tarrytown Hilton.
The time of the dinner, and the room where it will be held will be posted at
the Hotel.
On Sunday, November 21, the Vice President has invited the press to a brunch
at the Sleepy Hollow Country Club, near the Rockefeller estate at Pocantico
Hills. Bus transportation will be provided from the Union Church in Pocantico
Hills and from the Tarrytown Hilton to the Country Club.
Following the 12:30 p.m. dedication ceremony at the Rockefeller estate the
Vice President's Deputy Press Secretary, John Mulliken, will brief the press
at the Country Club on the ceremony. Briefing time is expected to be
about 1:30 p.m. There will be a few phones available at the Country Club,
but the full filing facilities will be at the Tarrytown Hilton.
