They are: Charles H. Crutchfield, of Charlotte, North Carolina. He succeeds Robert S. Benjamin, whose term has expired. He was nominated on July 22, 1976. Leslie N. Shaw, of Los Angeles, California. He succeeds Virginia Bauer Duncan, whose term has expired. He was nominated on July 22, 1976. Paul M. Stevens, of Fort Worth, Texas. He succeeds Thomas W. Moore, whose term has expired. He was nominated on Septem- ber 20, 1976. ###
