The new Governor came in on a lot of promises and is\nhaving trouble delivering.\nMrs. Dominick: We have two Republican Congressmen and the Senate\nis Republican.\nAmb. Dominick: But none in the Statehouse.\nThere is nothing we could have done about it. We won where you went.\nThe western slope is okay. We lost my own county, Denver by 50, 000\netc.\nPresident: I hear the guy who beat Busk(?) is conceited. Is he that\ngood?\nAmb. Dominick: No. But he is not dumb.\nMrs. Dominick: We have a big influx of young people from the East Coast.\nPresident: The whole world's worst in Colorado is Patsy. She is just\nawful and thinks she is so good. Bill Armstrong and Jim Johnson are good.\nAmb. Dominick: Yes. But Johnson has religious convictions about fighting\nforeign wars, so he probably won't be with you.\nPresident: We will probably go to Vail in August some time. Our con-\ndominium has been a good investment. I traded with Dick Bass because\nmy own was not big enough.\nAmb.
