Heads up on a package headed your way for Dr. Rice to sign tonight or tomorrow a.m. It concerns
an EO that provides immunity for the Iraq Development Fund, Iraqi oil, and the proceeds from the
sale of the oil. We hope that the President will sign the EO tomorrow (perhaps en route to Texas)
after the UNSC votes on Iraq sanctions-lift resolution. Harriet Miers has been advised. Thanks.
