SPACE POLICY REVIEW
Space activities are critical to our national security and
economic vitality. Many of the national policies governing
our space program have been in place for several years,
during which time there have been a number of important
changes and developments. I am recommending to the President
and Vice-President that the NSC initiate a review of key
space policies, to be conducted under the auspices of the
Space PCC. Attached is a draft NSPD initiating this review.
I request your comments on the attached by May 17th, 2002.
