An Act
To designate the Federal building located at 6230 Van Nuys Boulevard in Van
Nuys, California, as the "James C. Corman Federal Building".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF JAMES C. CORMAN FEDERAL BUILDING.
The Federal building located at 6230 Van Nuys Boulevard
in Van Nuys, California, shall be known and designated as the
"James C. Corman Federal Building".
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper,
or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred
to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "James
C. Corman Federal Building".
Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Vice President of the United States and
President of the Senatepro tempore.

STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY
Yesterday, the President signed into law S. 560, which allows Rita Mirembe Revell permanent
residency in the United States. Ms. Revell is a 16 year-old student from Uganda. Dennis Revell
and Ms. Maureen Reagan, daughter of former President Ronald Reagan, are guardians of Rita
Revell. This Private bill will allow Rita Mirembe Revell to be adopted by Dennis Revell and Ms.
Maureen Reagan, and be classified as "immediate relative child".
