Marine Quartet chairs and stands in East Garden

6 Social Aides and Marine Quartet arrive for briefing. No guests in wheelchairs
expected.

Gates open.
Marine Quartet begins and plays through event (jazz if possible).
Guests will arrive SE gate and come through A1. We are expecting that one
vehicle will drop off (Mr. Grazer and guest Mr. Meyer). Mr. Okun will arrive on
foot and possibly Ms. Dorn. Parking on East Exec for approximately 16 vehicles
(depending on if Cabinet Members park East or West side.)
Tanya Turner will be at gate.
Guests proceed out East Landing into East Garden for cocktails.
6:30 President and Mrs. Bush arrive. Mix and Mingle in Garden. They will then
proceed into Booksellers for buffet style dinner service.
7:30 Quartet stops and departs. Guests proceed from Booksellers to Theatre. Popcorn
and sodas are served. Guests are seated in Theatre for movie. President and Mrs.
Bush are only assigned seats.
9:45 Movie concludes. Guests depart East side.
