Memo

From: Brooke Clement, Archivist

Date: 7/23/09
Re:
Presidential Daily Diary: January 1, 2009
The George W. Bush Presidential Library received two versions of
January 1, 2009 with the "Presidential Daily Diary" series. The
document that follows this memo is the final version, which came with
a Post-It from Diarist Debbie Carter that stated that this version
"replaced the previous edition." Archivists determined that both
were presidential records and kept both versions. The "previous
edition" mentioned by Debbie Carter immediately follows the final
version in this folder.

The George W. Bush Presidential Library received two versions of
January 7, 2009 with the "Presidential Daily Diary" series. The
document that follows this memo is the final version. Archivists
determined that both were presidential records and kept both
versions. The "previous edition" immediately follows the final version in

Re:
Presidential Daily Diary: January 9, 2009
The George W. Bush Presidential Library received two versions of
January 9, 2009 with the "Presidential Daily Diary" series. The
document that follows this memo is the final version, which came with
a Post-It from Diarist Debbie Carter that stated that this version
"replaced the previous edition." Archivists determined that both
were presidential records and kept both versions. The "previous
edition" mentioned by Debbie Carter immediately follows the final
version in this folder.
