States Benate, WASHINGTON,D.C. / April 15, 1902. My dear Mr. President: Will you please revert to. aur conference on yes- terday morning, at which time the question of an appoint- ment on the Board of Visitors at the St. Elizabeth In- sane Asylum was discussed. I now desire to present to you the name of Dr. Harry A. Sellhausen, of 903 New York Avenue, n.W., Washington, D. C., who comes to my highly en- dorsed by the Third Vice-President of the Southern Railway, in this City, as being a young man of excellent standing and exceptional ability, and is, I believe, eminently fit- ted to fill the office with credit to the service as. well as to himself. I should be much pleased if you could favorably consider Dr. Sellhausen, and send his name in- for appointment. Faithfully yours, TCReato The President.
