Ozark Pudding
1 egg and 3/4 cup of sugar, beaten for a long time
until very smooth
Mix 2 tablespoons of flour,
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
FRUNCH NARA
1/8 teaspoon sare.
Add to egg-sugar mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts,
1/2 cup chopped apple,
1 teaspoon vanilla
Bake in greased pie tin, medium oven (350°) for 35 minutes.
Serve with shipped cream or ice cream.
A little rum adds to the taste.
Apparently this will fall but that is correct.
