2 tbs. Salad Oil
1/2 c. liquid from olives
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. Breolfield cheddar
1 green pepper
cheese (cut in small pieces)
(coarsely chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. Mon-sodium, glutomate
(coarsely chopped)
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 1b. wide noodles, uncooked
1 No. 2 can tomatoes
1 cup pitted ripe olives sliced
Brown the green pepper, onion, and hamburger in the
Jewel
Oil in a large skillet quickly. Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover skillet and when steam appears, remove cover
and
stir
mixture. Replace cover, reduce heat and simmer for
20 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
