6 hard boiled egga (chopped fine)
cup white sauce
1/2 teas. prepared mustard
1/2 teas. A-1 sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients and proceed in usual way to fry croquettes.
Hest 1 can of mushroom soup undiluted and pour over them at
serving time.
This makes a good dish for lunch.
