FROM THE DESK OF

FRUMAR NARA
OZARK PUDDING
1 egg and 3/4 cup of sugar,
beaten for a long time until very smooth.
Mix 2 tablespoons of flour,
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, and
1/8 teaspoons salt.
Add to egg - sugar mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped nuta
1/2 cup of chopped apple
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Bake in greased pie tin
medium oven (350°) for 35 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
A little rum adds to the taste.
Apparently this will fall but that is correct.
