EGG CROQUETTES
May
6 hard boiled eggs (chopped fine)
1 1/2 cups white sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon A-1 sauce
Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine ingredients and proceed in usual
way to fry croquettes.
Heat 1 can of mushroom soup undiluted and
pour over them at serving time.
This makes a good dish for lunch.
