at ts banking rooms in Kansas City, Mo., with interest from until paid at the rate of

per cent per annum, payable annually, and if not so paid, compounded. Demand, protest and
notice of non-payment of this note are waived by both makers and endorsers hereof.
Having delivered to the TWELFTH STREET BANK, as collateral security for the payment of the foregoing, and of any other present
or
future indebtedness or liabilities of the undersigned or of any other party hereto, whether as indorser, guarantor or otherwise, to said Bank,
the following property of which
in good faith the absolute owner free from all liens and incumbrances, on the faith of which statements
the above loan is made, the value of which property is.

hereby giving to said Bank and its assigns authority from time to time to or to be sold, all or any part of said property, and
of
any substitutes therefor, and of any additions thereto, either on the maturity of any such indebtedness or liability, or at any time thereafter, or
before if the property or substitutes shall depreciate in value or if said Bank or assigns shall feel insecure, at discretion at public or private
sale, without advertising or giving notice to the undersigned of the same and without demand for payment, with the right to said Bank and
assigns to buy in the same at any such sale thereof, and upon such purchase thereafter to shold the same absolutely discharged from any claim or
interest of the undersigned therein ; and with the right also to said Bank tand assigns at discretion, and in lieu of such sale, or of any collection
or conversion of said property, to continue to hold all or any part of the same ithout demand for payment, notice of nonpayment or protest
thereof, and without any action or procedure whatsoever for the collection or realization of any money owing on or represented thereby, and
in that behalf, and without action, to await the redemption thereof by the undersigned, whether the same or any part thereof be due and unpaid
or not ; hereby also giving to said Bank and its assigns authority, after first deducting from the proceeds of any such sale, or of any collection
or conversion, all costs and expenses made or incurred in respect thereof, including attorney fees, to apply such proceeds then remaining to the
payment of all, either or any part of said indebtedness and liabilities, due or not due, in such order and manner as said Bank and assigns shall
at discretion choose, returning the overplus, if any, to or holding the same for the undersigned. And said Bank and assigns shall also have the
right at discretion, to detain, hold or apply toward the further security or payment of said indebtedness and liabilities, and at any time, whether
before or after its or their maturity, any other values, personal property or things in action of the undersigned, or of either of them, which may
at any time or in any manner come into the hands or custody of said Bank and assigns, including any moneys of the undersigned, or of either of
them, which shall have come into the hands ofsaid Bank and assigns,whether derived from the property pledged or otherwise, and any moneys
which shall by it or them be held on deposit or otherwise to the credit of the undersigned, or of either of them, with the right to said Bank
and assigns to exercise over such other values, property and things in action all of the rights and discretions hereinbefore provided or authorized
in respect of the pledged property already above described. All of the discretions hereinbefore given to said Bank and assigns shall be exercised
from time to time in such manner as it and they shall deem best, which exercise shall be conclusive in law and fact upon the undersigned.
The undersigned hereby give
to said Bank and its assigns the option from time to time, by written notice to the undersigned, to
change the rate of interest thereafter to accrue on the foregoing note, and hereby agree. to pay said rate as changed unless the undersigned
shall on such notice shall, if mailed to the address of
the undersigned, as given below, be taken to be personal notice to
